Spend sunny days paddling Lake Travis in the provided canoes and kayaks. Boat owners will appreciate the boat ramp near the property. Boat rentals are also available at Resort Ranch Marina, with delivery/pickup provided.
After a day of lake fun, take a dip in the neighborhood pool or play a game of tennis on the nearby court. In the evenings, you’ll be a short drive from favorite local restaurants like Angels Icehouse and Apis Restaurant & Apiary.

Located on the third floor, the opulent kitchen, outfitted with upscale appliances and granite countertops, lets you indulge your inner chef. An island provides space to prepare meals as well as seating for four. The adjacent dry bar also seats four.

This home sleeps up to 18 guests between four bedrooms.
The quiet master suite boasts a king-size bed. Sip morning coffee on a private deck that seats two. An en-suite master bathroom features a luxe jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a twin-size daybed. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A private balcony offers seating for two. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious sleeping area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size trundle, as well as a queen-size bed. This space also features a wet bar with a mini-fridge and a 50” TV. An en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.
A half bath on the third floor provides additional convenience.
Take a dip in the community pool or play tennis on the neighborhood court -- both of which are walking distance from your rental.
