ABOUT THE HOUSE
The open-concept living area provides an inviting spot to gather. Sink into the sectional and watch shows on the 50” TV. On chilly evenings, get cozy by the gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious balcony with a 10-seat dining table.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas range and full-size double ovens. Enjoy festive meals at the dining table with seating for 10.
In the master suite, you’ll find a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and 40” TV. Soak in the en-suite’s jetted tub, and enjoy a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Nearby, the second bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed.
A guest bathroom serves the living area and second bedroom.
The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom is a suite, offering a queen bed and en-suite with a double vanity.
A bonus living area is furnished with a futon and 40” TV.
Enjoy the great outdoors in the fenced yard. Barbecue on the gas grill, then play a game of catch or volleyball.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and parking for two cars in the garage, and two on the driveway are provided.

Montgomery Estates is just a 10-minute drive from both El Dorado Beach and Heavenly Mountain Resort. After a day of outdoor activities, make sure to stop by one of the local eateries, just 8 minutes from your door—try Divided Sky for cocktails and live music, or Verde Mexican Rotisserie for a healthy Mexican feast.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 3 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. No pets of any kind are allowed unless specifically noted in listing. VHR lic. #1810.
