ABOUT THE HOUSE
Dark hardwood floors and modern alpine furniture feature throughout an open-concept living space full of Tahoe charm. In the main sitting area, a leather sofa sits before an stone gas fireplace. Watch a movie on the 59” TV, or get a game going on the shuffleboard table.
A gourmet, open-concept kitchen acts as a great social space. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and a French-door fridge. While dinner simmers, perch at the three-seat kitchen island.
When you’re ready to eat, gather around a wooden dining table that seats eight.
There’s sleeping space for six adults and two children between three stylish bedrooms.
A spacious master bedroom (on the second floor) boasts a king bed, a 59” wall-mounted TV, a large walk-in closet, and a love seat. An en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub.
On the lower level, a second bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and a closet. Next door, the third bedroom features a queen bed and a closet.
Socialize and share meals in the large backyard with ample chairs and a four-seat dining table. There’s a two-person bistro at the front of the house, and an upper-level deck has a gas grill and seating for six.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, no use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
