Here you’ll find an optionally air conditioned, uber amazing games room; consisting of AIR HOCKEY, an AMERICAN POOL TABLE, a selection of NEON LIT GAMES CONSOLES and some unbelievable RETRO ARCADE MACHINES all available for your entertainment and enjoyment! Providing hours of fun for both the kids and the big kids of your group.

LIVING/DINING ROOM & KITCHEN: Open area, with a gorgeous corner sofa and chairs, coffee table, HDTV, beautifully decorated, dining table for up to 8 people, fully equipped with cutlery, plates and glasses, granite breakfast bar with 3 seats, equipped with quality appliances: cookware, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker. With lots of light and airflow through the sliding doors that lead to the pool area.

THE NOOK: A perfectly utilized space at the top of the stairs on the upper floor consisting of a corner sofa and HDTV area for additional entertainment options.


OUTDOOR AREA: Delightful, large west facing private swimming pool with a SPA area; Optional pool heating, 7 sun loungers, a table with 4 seats and a dining table with 6 seats, and access to a bathroom with shower.
There is also a pool fence and a wired door alarm for added safety and security.




THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY: Although we provide the Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit. This home is under a pest control protocol applied by a professional company. But as this is a garden-style property, it means that its front and back doors have exit points to the outside. We ask all guests to please not leave any of the doors open as in Florida’s climate there are insects all year long, and leaving doors and windows open will allow unwanted entry.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

POOL HEATER: Please note that the pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate. If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be hired prior to guest arrival. The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80’s. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.

STARTER SUPPLIES: provided with the home include: 1 Kitchen paper towel; 1 Small bar of soap per bathroom; 1 Toilet paper roll per bathroom; 2 Dishwashing pods and 2 washing machine pods; 2 Extra trash bags.

Please ensure that you arrive with your PRINTED BOOKING CONFIRMATION, and your photo ID to obtain your vehicle pass to enable you to enter the resort. Any additional named drivers/vehicles to the lead guest, also have a copy of the booking confirmation and valid ID (Passport/Drivers License)."READ BEFORE BOOKING - Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for [Tourist Tax.] [Osceola] County requires us to collect tax on the rent from every reservation. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. The tax percentage associated with your stay will be 6%."

Pool heat service - $30 per day plus tax
