A modern mountain home awaits you! Located only 5 miles from the lifts at Winter Park in the Grand Park neighborhood. This mountain home will feel like your own the minute you open the door and take in the incredible mountain views.
Old world mountain charm meets contemporary elegance in this attractively decorated home with an inviting fireplace, high ceilings, patio, balcony, glass-enclosed tile shower, and game room. You are sure to be impressed with all of the attention to detail this home boasts.
This beautiful home features an open kitchen, dining, and living areas with a large SmartTV equipped with cable. Take in the views of the continental divide from the living room or out on the private deck.
The large master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath all on the main floor. The Upper level/ 2nd bedroom includes a twin trundle bunk bed and one queen-sized bed plus a full bathroom with tub. Downstairs, you will find a second master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk with an attached Jack and Jill bathroom. The living area on the lower level provides a SmartTV with cable and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.
Kids young and old will enjoy the game room equipt with a foosball table and tabletop shuffleboard. Step outside of the sliding glass door and enjoy the private deck/patio with a hot tub.
The deck on the main level overlooks a spacious meadow... just head straight out the back door to discover a groomed 1.5-mile cross country loop in the winter and ponds for fishing (catch and release ONLY) plus a frisbee golf course in the summer.
