Situated on a quiet neighborhood street in the beautiful Nordic Village of Deer Valley, this fabulous 6BR/4BA home boasts nearly 4,000 square feet of living space. Bring family and friends to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled mountain vacation. Sleeps 18.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
After a day on the slopes or hiking trails, relax in the spacious living room, where overstuffed chairs overlook the front deck, and a game table invites you to break out the Scrabble or Monopoly. Or head to the back deck for an indulgent soak in the private hot tub.
Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 58” flat-screen TV. A plush L-shaped couch has plenty of room for everyone to settle in and cuddle up. A full bath off the living room offers a tub/shower combination.
A downstairs family room offers another flat screen TV and more room to spread out.
Whip up home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, a massive center island, granite counters, and well-stocked cabinets.
When it’s time to eat, enjoy a casual bite at the island with seating for five, or gather for festive vacation meals at the huge 8-person dining table with mountain views. In warmer months, enjoy al fresco meals at the picnic table on the back deck.
The impressive master suite is furnished with a king sleigh bed, a stuffed armchair, gas fireplace, and an intimate private balcony. The en-suite bath comes with double sinks, a deep jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.
Guests in the second bedroom will find another king sleigh bed, 46” TV, and an en-suite vanity sink. Next door, the third bedroom comes with a four-poster queen-size bed, 42” TV, and en-suite vanity sink. Both rooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Just off the kitchen, the fourth bedroom receives lots of natural light through corner windows and features a queen-size bed and an en-suite vanity sink.
The lower-level fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, while the adjacent sixth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. These rooms share a full bath

Management company wasn’t very helpful. There is no cleaning service included and no supplies in the house. We called to request and they said for us to go out and buy them. Fireplace didn’t work for a couple days.
I got an email about a month prior to checking in saying that I had outstanding actions I needed to take or else my rental could be cancelled. A fairly alarming email to get, so I login and I find out I just need to call TurnKey. Okay fine, but sending a warning of possible cancellation email with no prior notice is a bit dramatic and annoying. Whatever. So I call the number and talk to someone who is asking why I booked the property and after I tell him I'm hosting some friends for a weekend party I start getting threatened about my reservation getting cancelled due to no parties being allowed and how I am being recorded and it can be used against me. Now mind you I understand protecting your client's property, but this really was just some friends relaxing in a house for a couple days, but apparently using the word "party" raised red flags. I'm pretty sure by definition a group of 14 people is a "party". So heads up, don't use that word when making that call :)
Was still able to go through with the reservation, but was told we'd be evicted immediately if there were any complaints. Again, I understand these kind of rules, but I don't appreciate being talked down to. Also, not that it would have changed anything, but I did not see any of these rules on the property listing.
Couple other things, the lock on the door is finicky and took us like 100 tries to get. Also the WiFi wasn't working when we arrived, they had someone come out and fix it the next day (guy was very professional), but still was disappointing not to have it for half of our stay.
Overall property itself is nice and was pretty much as described. Property management wasn't terribly professional.
