Ski at nearby resorts (including Heavenly and Sierra-at-Tahoe) or hike around Angora Lake, all within a 20-minute drive. Or take the provided bikes out for an adventure, then unwind in your private hot tub.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the second-floor Great Room, detailed with classic mountain-chic decor. The entry-level family room is another inviting spot to relax.

KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a Wolf gas range.
The expandable dining table seats 10, and there’s seating for five at the kitchen island.
BED & BATH
The second-floor master suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, and 65” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Also on the second floor, the guest bedroom has a full-size bed and 50” TV. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, the third bedroom holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and 32” TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in mountain views from a hammock in the beautifully landscaped, fenced backyard.
Both floors of the home have a large deck, each furnished with a six-person table. Fire up the gas grill on the upper deck and dine alfresco. Then, soak in the hot tub.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a high-efficiency washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the driveway and two in the garage) are provided.
Charge EV cars at the 220-volt outlet in the garage. Boat parking is also available. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Extra perks include a Sony Bluetooth speaker, two baby gates, and a Pack 'n Play.
Please note: Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fines up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, do not use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
