Planning a group meeting or family reunion? Morley Manor is an exceptional 6600 square foot, two-level property that easily accommodates up to 16 people with room to spare. With so much room to roam, children will be thrilled by so many rooms and passageways to explore or play hide and seek. Adults will be delighted by all the options for gathering in groups for conversation, watching TV or playing games. Plenty of quiet spots can be found for reading or resting after a full day of outdoor adventures. You will be amazed at how abundant the wildlife is on this partially wooded lot, and so close! Keep your camera at the ready for moose, elk, deer, or foxes strolling through the property!
Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in the main living room which offers floor to ceiling windows with valley views and access to an outside deck that runs the length of the home. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center with a flat screen television, DVD and Stereo/CD, making it a very inviting area for congregating. The living room flows into the open dining area with seating up to 14. Adjacent to the dining area is a large gourmet kitchen which contains two dishwashers, an eight burner Wolf gas range, a full-size Sub Zero fridge and full-size freezer, an ice maker and wine fridge. A pleasant sun room with patio furniture that seats eight additional people is located off the dining room.
Adjacent to the main living room is a roomy separate den. Here you fill find built-in bookcases, a couch facing the views from the glass slider doors, and another fireplace. Beyond this room is a spacious master bedroom which includes another fireplace, television, deck, and mountain views. A sizable master bath and walk-in closet offer plenty of storage space, two separate vanity areas, a jetted bathtub and separate shower.
The downstairs can be accessed by two separate stairways, one near the front entry of the house and one within the master bath dressing area. On the lower level guests can access the hot tub, a game room with foosball, and a sauna on one end of the house. Next to the game room is a full bath with 2 showers, and on the other side is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom has two twins plus a daybed with trundle, the fourth bedroom has two queen beds, and the fifth bedroom has a king bed. All three of these bedrooms have large windows, nice views and enjoy a private full bath complete with dressing area. The large laundry room, with a laundry chute from the master bedroom, is also located on this level. A two-car garage is available for guest use.
This home allows large groups to comfortably spread out, but also provides cozy conversational areas such as the sun room, living room or den. It is a wonderful retreat for your next vacation!

You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. Take a selfie on the tram dock!
For a change of pace, take a short 15-minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Taste one (or two!) of the many delicious homemade ice cream flavors at Moo’s Gourmet Ice Cream while you relax on a wooden bench in the park. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans.
