The perfect mountain getaway! Situated just 5 minutes from town/skiing and nestled away in the woods on 1.5 secluded acres with access to the Blue River during the summer. You'll love the finishes in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom that sleeps 12. There is a main level living room with flatscreen TV, cozy seating and a wood burning stove. The living room leads to a deck with heater and forest and mountain views that you can enjoy year-round. The kitchen is generously stocked with modern appliances and cookware perfect for preparing family meals at home. There is a separate dining room area with seating for 12 and a small lounging area off of the kitchen. There is a secluded office on the main level with a desk perfect for a working vacation. There is a patio off of the kitchen that is partially covered with a heater, BBQ and access to the private yard or you can just sit and listen to the sounds of the Blue River while taking in the view of the entire Tenmile Mountain Range and Quandary Peak. There is a game room on the entry level with a wet bar, flatscreen TV, pool table, dart board, and foosball.
This home has an upper level king master suite with ensuite 5-piece bath, TV, private balcony plus forest and mountain views. The top level features 3 bedrooms all in which have forest and mountain views, two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a king bed with TV. The upper level also has a full bathroom shared between the top floor bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is located on the bottom level of the home and has a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The Bunk bed room will also be equipped with a TV, DVD/BlueRay player and Netflix. The lower level has a 3/4 bathroom. Hair dryer and humidifier in every bedroom.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive.
