Another unique Sea Ranch design, taking full advantage of the hillside setting to gain views of the Pacific Ocean below while enjoying the beautiful Redwoods.
Moonraker is a mid-century style with just the right modernized upgrades. The overall feel is one of stylized relaxation. Picture a martini on the lounge or bridge at the table, perhaps. For enjoyment after dinner gather around the beautiful grand piano for real-life karaoke or start the morning with a sonata recital.
One suite is on the main level with sliders to both the oceanside deck, and the interior courtyard. The ensuite bathroom has a large shower, and also contains the laundry area. The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase, and provides the second bedroom, and nearby bathroom with tub and shower. On that level is also the loft above the living room with a fun foosball table, a convertible futon seat, and book shelves.
Unlimited wifi is available.
Due to water conservation in effect, we do not make beds. Please make up ONLY the bed(s) you'll use to minimize unnecessary laundry loads. Clean linens will be bagged in each room.

Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway or on road shoulder.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 4508N.
17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
