The open design of the great room creates the perfect setting for casual or formal entertaining, or just relaxing. Food preparation in the kitchen, grilling on the patio, and drinks at the counter island flow unobstructed so no one is left out of the fun! The ace in the hole for Modern Living is its TWO Master Suites. The grand master suite has the same easy access to the pool and mountain views as the Living Area through a wall of glass. Open and flowing to the pool or private and intimate, you decide. The grand master has high ceilings, a walk in closet, large private bathroom, walk-in shower, deep tub and private toilet room that is the equivalent of any first rate hotel suite. The grand master has a comfortable king size bed and a 50-inch flat screen TV. The second master suite is on the opposite side of the home and that allows for maximum privacy. It has its own private outdoor patio, open bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet room. The room has its own 44 inch television and beautifully appointed queen size bed.
Enjoy togetherness with company in the great room by the glass rock gas fireplace and then retire into privacy as you desire. The third guest room has a queen size bed and is located across from its own private bathroom. The two-car garage keeps your cars secure and cool so you start your day's activities on time and in comfort. Additionally this Palm Springs vacation home has a wide drive way and ample street parking.

EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.
