The space lives like a single-family home and offers plenty of natural light, high-end finishes, 12-foot ceilings, and special Santa Fe touches, including a vibrant collection of artwork.
A modern sofa and bench seat six in the living room. High wood-beam ceilings soar over brick floors, and a 60” TV with cable sits above the wood-burning fireplace.
Two sliding doors open to the outside -- one to a balcony with a view of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range and one to a private courtyard with a wood-burning fireplace and garden fountain.

The downstairs bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room has an en-suite half bath and a private walled courtyard with a fountain and seating.

The private courtyard on the main level has comfy seating and a wood-burning fireplace. Wind down at sunset with a cold beverage. Flagstone details, landscape lighting, and a bubbling fountain add to the ambience.
