The fully equipped beautiful and modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, dishwasher, flatware, spices and basic cooking essentials, blender, toaster, and coffee bar. Extras include a safe keyless entry, washer and dryer, iron/board, fresh towels and linens, hair dryers, trash bags, and paper towels.
When you step outdoors you'll have the option to hang out on the front porch, or in the lovely shared backyard which includes a large seating area, picnic table, swings, sandbox, a children's gym, and games like Giant Jenga and corn hole.
The driveway is reserved for your use during your stay, and can accommodate 4-5 vehicles in single file.
For groceries, there is a Neighborhood Walmart only 2 minutes away.
The nearest airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (26.0 miles).
Keep in mind there are stairs at this property required to access the interior, so it is not considered handicapped accessible.
Security cameras: This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front porch facing the front door, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the side door. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when they detect outdoor motion.
