We completely loved this home. Very nicely updated yet still had the charm of the early 1900’s. Perfect location.

We had a fun time in Fredericksburg. The Mistletoe house is really convenient. We walked just about everywhere. The house was clean and we were happy to see the drinks and coffee, that was an unexpected surprise!

This house was very comfortable, very very clean. Decor was tasteful and everything was in brand new condition. Plenty of towels, soaps, coffee, nightlights, etc. The owners thought of everything We were cozy even in 8 degree overnight temps. Location can’t be beat. I was very impressed.

We loved the Mistletoe House. When we arrived it was all decorated for Christmas so that made me very happy. We loved the layout. We had my MIL with us so we let her stay downstairs and we took the room upstairs. The location was PERFECT! We were there the first weekend of Dec. so we were able to walk to watch the parade and not bother with parking.

We enjoyed this charming renovated home which includes one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a second bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The location was super convenient as we were able to easily walk to Main Street for dinner, shops, wine-tasting, etc. The kitchen includes a Keurig and coffee pods. It was perfect lodging for a weekend getaway!

A true vacation experience.

The rental was everything we expected with some unexpected bonuses. There are two antique shops, and a great new restaurant just a block up the street. The famous German bakery is also walking distance. Beware lots of deer in the area and around the neighborhood:)

Our weekend stay was lovely. Great property rental. Very clean and well maintained with a convenient location to shops and restaurants.

We girls are first cousins and many of the antique touches in the house reminded us of our grandmother's house. The kitchen and bathroom updates were perfect. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything about this home was amazing! Super quaint cottage that has been completely updated. Period furnishings were adorable. You can tell the managers of this property go above and beyond to make a renter's experience a great one. Even provided extras like bottled water and coffee. Just two blocks from Main Street, it's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, so no parking issues. The management staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fredricksburg!

This quaint cozy home was perfect for our long weekend visiting wineries, eating delicious food and shopping. We loved being in walking distance to Main Street and all the activities. I world definitely recommend this home for anyone who would wants to visit Fredericksburg!

Mistletoe House was a great place to stay. Very attractive and comfortable. Loved having 2 bathrooms since this was a girls' only trip. Only problem was I never figured out how to operate the TV in the upstairs bedroom. Overall very enjoyable stay.

My sis and I went for a get away. What a lovey home. Very clean, comfortable, and close to town; but quiet. We both said we would love to stay here again. We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Oh we also had a place beside the house off the street to park our car.

We had a great time at the rental. The kids loved staying upstairs in the cozy bedroom. The bathrooms were really nice upstairs and downstairs. Excellent place to stay that is within walking distance of Main Street on the west side of town.
