Description
From the main level, you can walk out to soak in the private hot tub as you overlook the mountains and Silverthorne, then cozy up next to the gas fireplace while you put on a movie from DVD, VHS or HBO. You will feel right at home with a newly remodeled, full kitchen and a dining room table for those mountain meals while the snow falls.
-With the main floor, there is a large living room with gas fireplace, 1/2 bath and large TV which opens to a large deck with scenic views and grill and private hot tub.
-The full kitchen has everything you'll need along with a dining area.
-The 2 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and each with a private bathrooms and TVs as well as a full size washer and dryer in hallway.
-Lower floor bedroom/den has a twin day bed with a twin/full bunk bed along with plenty of room and a table for 2 with a TV and DVD to enjoy.
-The is a full bathroom and it opens to a lower deck. There is free hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, and full-sized garage and one parking spot outside. The mud room has setting and storage for your gear.
Nearby, you'll have endless hiking options and if not, you can take a 5-minute walk to hop on the free Summit Stage to many restaurants, ski resorts, or the Outlets at Silverthorne. Easy access to some of the nation's best freshwater fishing on Dillon Reservoir (3 miles) and the Blue River (2 miles). Enjoys fantastic proximity to world-class mountain resorts, including Keystone (10 miles), Copper Mountain (13 miles), Loveland (13 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Breckenridge (17 miles), Vail (32 miles), and Beaver Creek (44 miles), and you'll travel with ease to and from Denver International Airport (90 miles).
