This home offers quick access to the freeway; noise from the freeway can be heard from the backyard.
San Diego has a strict 24hr/day noise ordinance. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood; quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, during which all interactions must be moved inside. Parties and over-occupancy at any time are prohibited.
