We had a great time. The house, which I have stayed in two times previously was perfect, with all of the utensils and necessities we forgot to pack. The view was gorgeous with easy beach access, and we had plenty of things to do and games to play when it rained.

The rental was perfect. Very close to the water and easy access.

Dave and I had a great time again this year. Thank you to Cobb Real Estate for always being so helpful. This was our third consecutive year of renting a beach house though Cobb. We will be renting something again in April and September.

What a beautiful cabin and so well-accommodated. Although it is third row, the view from the deck to the beach is unobstructed to a large extent and the screened-in porch was perfect for nighttime sky viewing and listening to the waves, mosquito free! This cabin is beautifully decorated, well-maintained and I plan to stay here again often. Am already planning a long weekend at the beginning of October. I recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to plan a getaway with a friend or for a small family. Two thumbs up!

House was in "like new" condition. Rental was easy. Cobb staff helpful and pleasant. Only thing I missed was access to wifi. Husband had to cancel his trip because of last min work that required him to have access to the internet.

Great house, location and value! We like to rent different houses from time to time, but I think Mi Casa, could become a repeat rental for us!

Our first experience with Cobb Real Estate went smoothly. We were referred to the website and properties by a friend, and found the website to be easy to use and browse. The house we rented out was a perfect fit. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and meals. The proximity to the beach was a big plus, and was not isolated but we were away from any crowds, so the beach was almost just ours at times. The screened in porch was really nice, to be able to sit outside and not worry about any insects disturbing us. The employees were helpful and answered all our questions. Definitely will come back.

Everything was great with the exception of smelling like mothballs when we first got there. But it was fine thanks

Location was great, house was clean, tastefully decorated, efficiently furnished with everything needed. View was fine, close to beach, quiet area. Nice place to relax. Weather was cold!

This is about the 5th time we have stayed here. We love it, however,there is now a commercial development going in right across the street that is now a total game changer. There is a commercial development that will house about 120+ people, with a hot tub outside underneath the structure. One way in the place and one way out. No sprinkler system, and NO ADA Accommodations. Are there no building codes or standards for commercial development in a residential are? So sad. This sweet little slice of pie will not be the same. The new unsightly, potentially dangerous development will be responsible for alot of noise and traffic. Sad indeed.

We always rent through Blanca and staff at Cobb. Mi Casa is very nice! No complaints and thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent Year after year! See you next September. Our only complaint would be is that on weekends some of surrounding rentals play loud music after curfew!
