Step inside this new and modern vacation home that is made to have you feel like you never left the comfort of your private home. Immediately upon entering the magnificent home you will find the game room complete with pool table, Foosball table, flat screen TV and sitting area. You'll find a master suite on the first floor with a king bed and its own private bathroom. Continue walking in the home and find an open floor plan with spacious kitchen, dining room and family room. There is a lot of natural light to brighten up the space which leads you to the outdoor living space. Overlooking the 16th hole of the signature Jack Nicklaus golf course, you'll find an oversized pool and spa with ample seating and an outdoor kitchen complete with gas BBQ grill on the patio. Back inside, going upstairs you'll find the home's remaining four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a king bed and private bathroom while the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and a private bathroom as well. Looking for more room to spread out and relax, at the top of the stairs you'll find a large loft space with more seating and a flat screen TV.
