We had to "wait" until 4 pm to try to get into the building. Had a difficult time finding where the fob was kept - instructions should have said on the right wall not to the right of the door. Then we finally got into the unit - room 129, got unpacked & was fixing dinner when suddenly the microwave fan or motor started "roaring" like a big rig. I was not even using it!!!!!!! I called & spoke with Kim & she said she'd send someone to take a look at it in a while. Keep in mind, we traveled all day, was tired & hungry & almost ready to sit down to eat dinner. After about 5 minutes I had to call back to find out what was going on! The maintenance person could not find out what was wrong. Just turned off the circuit & told us we needed to leave the room. Room 129 was a view of the meadow. We got put into room 132 with a view of the street and just above the garage door so whenever someone came in or out we heard that...... We were quickly put into room 132 & the maintenance person left with no further info. The next morning prior to going out for the day, we found we could not lock our door. I had to call to get info & was told to just use what we had for the previous unit (which was impossible since the locking mechanism was totally different). I eventually got the information I needed. The garbage disposal did not work. I did not bother to call anyone. The freezer did not get cold enough to make ice cubes (even though there was a ice cube tray in it - with water, not ice). Would I recommend this to anyone else? No I really don't think so. I do think I deserve a discount & if I don't get one, I will be sharing my experience.

Bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep in, had to sleep on couch!!! TV remote instructions were incorrect, had to call for help, and silverware was dirty an we had to rewash several pieces!
