You are welcomed by the townhome's bright interior and tropical furnishings. Central air conditioning is assembled to help you fight off those humid days. The living room is furnished with a plush sectional couch placed before a mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the island or a trip down to the community pool, relax on the couch with your loved ones for a movie. Wifi is also provided for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy cooking delicious dishes in here. Take a seat on one of the 3 seats on the breakfast bar and enjoy conversations with the chef. There is a formal dining table with seating for 6.
Step outside onto the private lanai to soak up every moment under the Hawaiian sun. Dine and sip on a Mai Tai on the private balcony, complete with an outdoor dining set.
The staircase landing brings you to a lofted space with an office desk and sofa sleeper. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, private lanai, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom is ideal for housing any children with 2 Twin-size beds, a ceiling fan, and attached guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom holds a King-size bed. There is one additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo that all guests can share.
Guest are allowed complimentary use of the resort style pool, spa, patio area with large colorful umbrellas providing shade, and new resort lounge chairs and tables. There is a fitness center available for guest use as well. Take advantage of the private beach club access for easy parking and an exclusive beach.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Keahole Kona Airport to the Golf Villas- Mauna Lani Resort:
1. Exit airport onto Highway 19 turn left and head north 16.9 miles
2. Drive about 19.8 miles, turning left onto Mauna Lani Drive in the Mauna Lani Resort
3. Go 1.0 mile down Mauna Lani Drive until the traffic circle. Enter the traffic circle and take your take your third exit. (South Kaniku Dr.) at the sign for the Golf Club
4. Go (.8 mi) and turn a left at Na Ala Hele Rd.
5. Take Na Ala Hele Road 0.4 miles until you see the Golf Villas sign.
6. Enter the complex and bear left at the small circle.
7. Follow the signs to building N
8. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage. Proceed to your condo.
9. There is an electronic door lock on the door. Use the code provided above.
