Unit A-203 is a front row two bedroom two bath unit that has panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen and can sleep four.
There are spectacular views of the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai, and the West Maui Mountains with breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy watching the whales return each December to April from the lanai.
The condominium is conveniently located across from Kamaole Beach III which has a large grassy area for kite flying, picnicking, sunbathing, in addition to a beautiful sandy beach for swimming and snorkeling. The unit has A.C. in both bedrooms and the living room, walk-in tiled shower, reserved parking, as well as flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
**Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to be complete by March 2021. Beginning October 2019 a retaining wall will be built on the north side of the project site, this is anticipated to take 3 months. Work may be conducted Monday - Saturday. Once retaining walls are complete the remaining site work and construction will begin. Call our office for available updates. Based on this unit’s location, we are not anticipating any significant effects to guests.**
**Important Information: The lower pool at Maui Kamaole will be closed for unexpected repairs from October 14, 2019 to October 25, 2019. The upper tropical pool will be open during this time.**
