There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more of your special guests. The split floor plan allows all guests to have a place to retreat to at the end of the day while providing an open living space that everyone can enjoy together. The living space offers an oversized TV and is next to a cozy sitting area. You can enjoy live TV, movies, shows or simply read a book and enjoy your morning coffee. There is a workspace for those who need to do a little work from home. The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to entertain, prepare a meal or get set up for a BBQ. You can dine inside at the beautiful dining table or venture outside where dining is available alfresco under the copper sky and dazzling lights.

The backyard is the highlight of this property and has been designed to impress. Relax in the outdoor living space while watching TV and sitting around the fire pit or lounge by the pool and soak in some of the AZ sunshine. Practice on the putting green before hitting one of the many golf courses Scottsdale has to offer and then jump in the sparking pool or the amazing oversized hot tub that will be the perfect finish to your day. The pool can be heated during the winter for $65 per day and the backyard can be lit up at night using the string lights allowing you to enjoy the backyard no matter when you plan your visit. SPLASH! Heated Pool and/or Spa Fee is automatically included for the duration of your reservation from Nov - March annually at $65 per night. If there is a spa there is no fee to heat the spa April-October.

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
