Came with our 2 year old and 3mo old. 2 yo loved the bunk bed and he playground steps from our door (and the mandatory elevator ride to leave and arrive to the unit). Baby slept soundly in our room - we borrowed a pak n play which barely fit after we move we the dresser to the living room. Overall, super easy access to groceries, restaurants, great riding and fun while being pretty quiet. I will say it was suuuper hot (and smokey from wildfires) and the unit has poor airflow. Something to consider if you plan to visit in the summer as it was pretty hard to sleep due to being so hot.

We booked this condo for the Whistler Full Ironman event for a 6 day stay. It was our first time to Whistler. The temperature the whole time was in the high 30’sC. It wasn’t air conditioned or had any fans to cool the place. The management company did however, purchased a small fan to help us out. Because of this it was really challenging to prepare any meals. A BBQ would have helped.There was little to no relief from the heat on the tiny balcony. Another recommendation would be to supply small recycling bins in the apartment. The location was excellent, the size of the place was great, the bed comfortable and was really quiet. The underground parking a real bonus. Unfortunately, we would never book here again in the summer.

Very convenient--super close to market and to the shuttle stop for taking you to the lifts. Surprisingly quiet being in the village, view was toward mountain instead of parking lot which is nice. Plenty of room, had the kitchen amenities we needed, very clean and in good condition.

My wife and I stayed at Marketplace Lodge #316 for 3 weeks in September, with our 9 month old. The unit was clean, bright, and modern with an excellently equipped kitchen. Our unit was quiet, close to the elevator, and directly amongst every amenity you could need or want - hospital, clinic, bank, liquor store, grocery store, post office, shops, Starbuck's, DQ, playground, etc. Not to mention, that there is covered parking included, a hot tub, and a place to wash mountain bikes. I don't have anything negative to say, but the building could use some more luggage carts and a heads up when the cleaners are coming would be a nice touch. This is almost the only place we stay in Whistler and we visit often.

Riding whistler bike park is on every mt. Biker's bucket list. Five of us decided to do and we came all the way from the Philippines. Suffice it to say it's even more than we ever imagined. And staying at a property within a 10 minute walk from the bike rental and lifts was awesome. Just enough space for 5 of us, to eat, sleep and clean up. The convenience of being able to cook our own meals or just go out if we choose.

Our experience was really good! Our unit was within 16 minute walk of the Peak 2 Peak & Tree Trek tours & shops & restaurants. The only challenge we had was checking in. No sign on door to indicate check in building was across street.

We arrived on Sunday and spent four days in 316. Check-in was easy across the street from our rental. The girl at the desk was helpful with some suggestions about making the "peak to peak" gondola tour. The condo is on the third floor not far from the elevator. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very roomy with two bathrooms one with a walk-in shower (master bedroom) and one with a toilet sink and tub. The kitchen was well equipped for those who want to have their meals at home. It has good size living room and a small second bedroom which has a set of bunk beds and the bottom bed is good for sleeping two people.

The condo has a small balcony with a decent view of the mountains. The master bedroom is very comfortable and has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The Location you can't beat it. Outside the front door of the 3 floor condo building you find a liquor, wine and beer store, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a Tim Horton (coffee shop) and other retail shops. The building is situated at one end of what is known as the "village stroll" which I think is better than being in the middle. This way you can walk at your leisure to see all the shops and restaurants and bars. It is a five to ten minute walk to the lift to take you up to the "peak to peak" gondola ride which is the most memorable part of our stay at Whistler.

All in all we enjoyed our vacation at Whistler Superior Properties and would not hesitate to return and also would certainly recommend it to couples or a family of four. This is by far a much better way to spend a holiday rather than stay in a hotel and in the long run cheaper.

We had a wonderful time at Marketplace Lodge 316! Staff was super helpful during check-in/ check- out. The lodge was clean, warm and well stocked. It was also in such a convenient location. Once we arrived in Whistler we never had to move the car. It was easy to walk to the gondolas, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back!

- easy to pick up keys for rental
- rental has well stocked kitchen (except regular knives?)
- bathroom was not properly cleaned before we arrived.
- couch and chairs could be a LOT more comfortable

Its a comfortable, basic rental in a very very convenient location.

Great was so convenient being so close to all the restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is within walking distance.
