Prepare your catch of the day in our beautiful farmhouse style kitchen or drive down the street to local restaurants. After a long day, close the blackout curtains and watch a relaxing movie. Bedroom includes queen pillow top mattress, new twin Linenspa 8" hybrid mattress on trundle that pulls out from the foot of bed, 100% cotton bedding. We have a daybed as a couch with a new twin Linenspa 8" hybrid mattress on trundle w/ 100% cotton bedding. Living room includes a loveseat and wicker chair. New appliances throughout including air conditioner and hot water heater. Custom wood signs, barn door, and butcher block counters.
We are located on beach marker #3. Walkway to the beach is partially paved, 150 yard walk. You will need shoes to walk over the sand to beach. Condo is on the ground floor, no climbing stairs or waiting for an elevator! We are a corner unit, no one sharing a wall with you on the right side! Parking is located right outside the unit, no lugging your belongings across the property!
