Family can't say enough about the vacation stay we just experienced this past week. Accommodations were first class and well maintained and the Ledge's golf course was in excellent shape and a joy to play. If we come back to the St. George area in the future, we'll indeed stay at the Ledges!

Luxury at the Ledges did not disappoint, and lived up to its name. The unit was in great shape with a well appointed kitchen. We loved having a view of the 18th hole along with the stunning vistas of Snow Canyon. Nights were spent on the rooftop around the gas fireplace gazing at the stars and telling tall tales of the Golf that had been played that day. We love St. George, we love the Ledges, and we loved this unit. Would definitely rent again.

Everyone enjoyed the condos, keeping us entertained after golf with pickleball, pool, ping pong, Ms Pacman.

We recently completed a guys golf trip to St. George and rented two beautiful homes in The Ledges. The entire experience was seamless and wonderful. I booked with their reservations manager, Dan, who worked overtime to make sure every detail was correct. In addition to securing two fabulous homes, he booked the tee times and included everything we needed in our package price. He even broke out the cost per person. The level of service was exceptional. Once we got to the homes, they were exactly as advertised. We played the Ledges golf course, which was one of our favorites, as well. For the price and service, you can't beat it. We'll be back!

Loved our stay at this property. It had everything we could have asked for. The location, with both the golf course and pool view, was perfect. We were close enough to drive into St George, Snow Canyon and St George easily, but removed enough to feel like we had a little more privacy and space. We will be back again soon.

Our 4 day stay was wonderful. We picked this location as we were going to Bryce & Zion Parks but had to fly out of Las Vegas, so it was central to all 3 locations. Walmart was close for picking up essential items. More than enough paper products, toiletries, spices & kitchen items. The back patio which overlooks the golf course was ideal to relax & enjoy our meals. Our 3 young adult children loved the pool table! The only things that I could see as a negative was the fact that the pool across the street was undergoing maintenance (but there was another pool elsewhere) & that the entire time we were there I only saw 1 person! Neither affected us, as we weren't going to use the pool & didn't mind the quiet!!

Dan Dekker was great to work with. Huge asset to your management company! Very good food in restaurant. The five homes we rented were clean and well maintained. This is a golf trip and did not take advantage of the area other than the golf courses. Ledges course was in great shape; better than a few years ago.

It was great. Great location, great house. The house was perfect with one small exception &#x2013; the toilet in the master bathroom is not working well. We had to jiggle the handle multiple times and it doesn&#x2019;t flush with &#x201C;confidence.&#x201D;

Beautiful views and relaxing sunsets on the balcony

Look no further if you are intrigued by the pictures and reviews -- it's better than the pictures. This VRBO has everything you need for cooking, gathering, FUN, comfort and relaxation. The proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts is optimal, but the noise from facilities even when at full capacity does not distract from the tranquility of this rental. Personally, the management of this VRBO is among the BEST I have ever experienced. Sometimes VRBO hosts can be impersonal or not timely in response, but the LEDGES management company is STELLAR. The only downside was some spotting on the main living room carpets, but it didn't distract from the beauty and cleanliness of the overall unit. A BONUS that the pictures don't describe --> the leather couch is a series of connected recliners which was a BIG HIT with our family. And this location is perfect for a quick trip to Snow Canyon and a few hours of family hiking. Oh, and if you're a runner, walker or biker there is a trail along the HWY that goes for miles and miles and miles. It's awesome! Rent this unit. You won't regret it. We will definitely rent at LEDGES again and will try to book this unit IF it's available. Thanks LEDGES staff. You're awesome.

This was a golf buddy trip. We had two homes for 8 guys. We loved the size of the units were were in (4 bedrooms each) and how well each were stocked with the essentials. They were clean, cheery, and well appointed. This is our second visit and we could not have been more pleased.

We were in town for our son's wedding at the Ledges. We stayed at Luxury at the Ledges rental. The place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful views and great amenities. We would highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting St. George.

ONCE AGAIN A GREAT STAY.

We LOVED our stay in this home! So comfortable, clean, and well supplied. The pool table and chess set were a huge hit. Pickle ball and the pool are right across the street and we had hours of fun at them. The views are amazing. S'mores at night on the upper patio as requested by the kids, with star gazing as a bonus. We loved being so close to Snow Canyon; we were able to come home for a mid day break and head back for more exploring. We brought bikes and rode to the canyon overlook; and Snake Hollow bike terrain park in town was a blast. It was great to be close to St George, but away from the hustle and bustle of town. We definitely will be returning again! We are leaving rejuvenated, having made lots of great memories and having grown closer as a family.

Very nice and relaxing

So much to love about this property. The location was ideal in both directions. Having the golf course as the backdrop was stunning and being able to be right next to the pickle ball courts and pool was wonderful for the kids. Grateful for the paddles that are available to borrow. The beds were very comfy and we loved the bedroom setups!! There was not a detail that they left out. Thank you!!!

We were chasing sunshine but got snow and cold! We had a wonderful time together anyway! This house was fabulous! We brought three kids and computers to do distance learning/school. The WiFi held up and there were plenty of spaces to get away from each other. We enjoyed snow canyon and seeing it snow covered! Our oldest daughter came down on our last day to hike with us. Her boyfriend became her fiancé on a hike to the lava tubes! We are already talking abt our next trip to see St George!

We had a great stay. Beautiful views, great access to the amenities, comfortable and spacious home. My only gripe is that the water pressure in the showers was dismal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxury at The Ledges. The property is on the 18th fairway and across the street from the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. It could not be a better spot. The home is fully stocked and we lacked nothing during our stay.

This is our 5th time at the Ledges. We enjoyed the area very much. It's proximity to snow canyon makes it very desirable for hikers. Management is excellent. As far as this rental unit it is a 5 stars . We really enjoyed the beautifull view at the back and the proximity to the pool and pickelball courts. Planning our next trip already

We came down to golf and hang out in St George. We enjoyed our stay at The Ledges and look forward to going there again.

The home was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Perfect size for our family. The backyard has a nice view of the golf course. My only complaint was the pool was extremely crowded--way too small for a large development like the Ledges.

We stayed here for 4 nights over spring break with our 5 kids ages 6-22. We all had a blast and never wanted to leave. The home was fabulous, comfortable, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and had plenty of space. It was right across the street from the pickle ball courts (which my 6 year old loved) and the pool/hot tub. I was worried that the pool would be too cold at this time of year but it was a great temperature. If I get into a pool, you know it is warm! We loved our stay and have already been looking at schedules to see when we can return.

This is our second stay at the Ledges resort and both times it has been a wonderful experience. The properties are very nice, clean, well kept and perfect for any size family.

We had a great stay on the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great location on the 18th fairway. One night we walked across the fairway for dinner at the club. Very convenient. Planning on coming back next year. Played the Ledges golf course , nice track.

We had a golf group of 19 players. The accommodations at the four vacation rental homes exceeded everyone's expectations. The golf course was in great condition. The service and meals at the FishRock Grill was exceptional. We would like to thank Dan Dekker for his assistance in putting our golf package together. We would highly recommend this resort and will return.

The trip has a seriously thinking about a more permanent option in the same Ledges development!<br/><br/>And this particular unit had it all for small or large groups, and located perfect with all the amenities!<br/>

Very easy to book, no check in upon arrival and no check out when leaving made it super easy and convenient. Very nice, very comfortable and modern home with everything you need. I will be booking here again. Came down for a golf trip with 6 men total and we all had plenty of room in the house and the pool/hot tub was very nice after a long day swinging the club way too many times.

Wow what a great place! loved the house along with area. The upstairs patio with firepit was awesome. The house is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Our son loved the swimming area and the pickleball courts were a plus as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here as a soccer team and it worked out perfectly! Parents had their own room and the boys had bunk rooms! The house had plenty of room and was well stocked. We would stay here again!

Just what we had hoped for and more. Pickle ball courts and pool are awesome and just across the street. Clubhouse is just across the 18th green out the back. 9 holes with a cart was only $20! Everything was clean and worked well. Thermostat was a little confusing with lots of options and the first night we were pretty hot as we couldn't get it to cool down below 75 but after than it would get down to 72 even though we had it set at 68. Living room downstairs was comfortable for 8 adults and 4 small kids. We thought it would be too hot to use the patio over the garage but once it got dark is was perfect up there to just sit and chat. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. You want to take some muffin tins if you want to bake muffins.

As always, we had a great stay at the Ledges. This rental property is extremely clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a nice weekend in St. George. We love the proximity to great trails, Snow Canyon, and downtown St. George.

We really enjoyed the stay at The Ledges. The condo was really comfortable, large, well furnished and worked perfectly for our group of 4 golfers. Dan was very helpful in obtaining the rental, making tee times, restaurant recommendations, etc. Very easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely return. It's a pretty new development and not (apparently) on all GPS systems, so trust the directions provided by the rental folks.

Had a great stay at Luxury at the Ledges condo. The condo had everything you would need for a great stay. The condo has a very welcoming feel to it. We loved the patio that overlooks the pool with comfortable outdoor furniture and a nice fire pit table. The kids had plenty to do with the pickle ball courts and pool right across the street. The beds were comfortable and the condo was so big that everyone had plenty of room to move around and feel free to do whatever they wanted. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
