Convenient to the 202 freeway which will get you all around the metro phoenix area. Step inside the courtyard with soothing fountain and you will be amazed. The great room is before you with a large seating and reclining area, large tv and fireplace. The details in this home will amaze you with stone, crown molding special cabinetry and more. To the left of the living room is a very special sitting room with a firefighter theme. Into the kitchen through the swinging doors you will find the massive kitchen with a large walk in pantry filled with everything and anything you could ever need to prepare a meal, dine in, make a treat or get ready for a BBQ. There is an island and a breakfast bar which make it perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining room is in the round and seats 8 comfortably. This is a split bedroom home, on the south side of the home is a massive master bedroom with fireplace, king bed and tv. Walk out to the backyard from the master as well. The master bath has a soaker spa tub, separate double sinks, a shower with jets from head to toe and a walk in closet. On the west side of the home you will find a private bedroom with a full bed and tv and a queen murphy bed that also can double as an office. The north side of the home has 2 more bedrooms, both queens and with TV's and they share a full bath with walk in closet and easy access to the backyard fun.
