The cabin was amazing and in a wonderful location. We will come back again.

Our family enjoyed our weekend. Cabin more than met our expectations. It was clean, spacious and unique! The playhouse was a hit with our grandkids. We would love to come back.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

It is the 3rd time we stayed at this location, but it wasn't our best. the cabin was beautiful and big but the maintance wasn't good. the place wasn't as clean as we expected or had it before in the past years we rented. and it was full of stinks bugs and lady bugs wich lady bugs are cute but stink bugs were too many. we made a phone call but they said it was normal.... as I said it was our time staying at this property but different cabins and this was not very clean. the windows had not screens so we couldn't even open windows because more bugs will come in.

Amazing!! Ready to go back!!! I don't like policy!! About cancelation!!

I had family from three states stay with me. And we all had plenty of room and something for everyone to do the kids big and small. Close to all the main attractions but far enough out to see the mountains of your great state.

Other than a few bees (one person was stung) and wasp inside, it was pretty good. Could use some dish towels. Poison ivy growing up both decks needs to be removed ( could be hazardous for children and adults who are allergic). Other than those minor issues the cabin was great.

Nice layout, clean, well decorated. Everything was great except the gas grill that looked so new in the pictures worked at about 33% efficiency and caused dinner to be delayed about 1.5 hours.

My family had a wonderful stay at Playhouse Cinema Cabin. It was helpful that the cabin had wheelchair access. Jackson's Fort was so cute and my Granddaughter loved having her own space. It was fairly easy to find and the views we very nice. We would love to come back and stay longer next time.

We had a beautiful time. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Great staff. Peaceful and restful. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at the playhouse cinema! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and was the perfect cabin for adults with kids. The master room is fabulous and all the beds are super comfortable. The teens loved the 3D tv, pool table and hot tub, while the adults were happy to relax on the decks. One of the best cabins in Pigeon Forge!!<br/><br/>Eden Crest was the best to work with, they were quick to fix the grill so we could cook out and were always polite when we called. Everything from check in to check out was seamless with the app and we love all the organization Eden Crest puts forth for all their renters to feel welcome. After our trip we are now loyal Eden Crest renters!

The cabin was nice and clean on a mountain view. Everyone was excited and pleased. Near shopping and eating places.

We had a wonderful time at Playhouse Cinema - this cabin was great. It was everything we expected and more. Property description was very accurate but the pictures don't justify the full beauty of this cabin. It was clean and there was so much room for our group of six adults and four kids to spread out. Our grand kids loved the little cabin!! We only had two suggestions - 1) update the bed linen & towels and 2) better nonstick pans in kitchens. But this did not take away from the wonderful time we had!!

Our overall experience was good. Location was awesome. I was disappointed that the refrigerator shelves and the microwave door were not fixed prior to our arrival as prior guest complained about the same thing. Limited cookware. The blinds and curtains very dusty. The carpet needs to be replaced especially downstairs. Not enough space to play pool and felt stained and dirty. All that being said we did enjoy the home.

This open spacious Cabin had wonderful space for everyone. The seamless checking in and out was wonderful. Internet was fast and cell phones rarely worked. Navigation worked but street signs were nonexistent! Washer and dryer not full size to keep fresh towels so bring extra will help. The master bed was equipped with soft foam topper that I loved! No complaints from other guests about beds but beware of walking over bedrooms as sound on hard wood equals unhappy sleepers below!<br/><br/>Clean and ready to accept us was the rule. Any need was for some maintainance and Eden crest staff was responsive but some things like backed up tub, door on microwave half broken, oven not getting hot are not immediately fixable.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

Good overall experience. Only major complaint is key codes to lock and unlock door- the one that was sent to me didn't work and while I was trying to get cell service upon that mountain to get it fixed- Got it fixed and 2 days later that key code wouldn't work and had to call again. Made for extra trouble cause half the party was at cabin and half out shopping so we had to call again , still while fighting cell service , to get a new key code. But I will say pros definitely outweighed the cons and i would stay again if I had it to do over. The layout of the cabin was great for our family and we liked the porches.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the cabin. There are 3 levels. The grandkids really enjoyed having their own little cabin but they did have to go through the bedroom on that floor to use the only bathroom. Main floor had a kitchen, 1/2 bath off kitchen, living room and king bedroom with bath. We also had 2 more nice king bedrooms downstairs. Playroom downstairs was nice, everyone enjoyed the retro arcade machine. Space for the pool table was tight but we still had fun with it. The 3D television setup was a bit frustrating and we never could get it to work. There were numerous remotes laying around. I think there was 6 and some didn't seem to belong. We never could get the 3D movies to play in 3D. The owners did provide a nice selection of movies. The family really loved the big sectional sofa in the playroom. My son wants one for his house. However we did not go on vacation to watch movies so no big deal. Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out over the treetops. Never tried hot tub or sauna. We did have a few issues in the kitchen 2 broken shelf supports in fridge, microwave door was just hanging on, bottom of toaster would not stay on and could use a couple teflon skillets. We had to go buy one to make some of our meals. Also I feel the grill and area around it could use some cleaning. We did enjoy the Bear Creek community pool and mini golf. All in all it was a fun place to stay and we would consider it again.

Playhouse [which the kids LOVED] Cinema was a very pleasant place for us. Close to venues for wives and children--aquarium, petting zoo, caves, etc, plus proximity to hiking and water in the Smokies, we did enjoy location. The pool was a great asset, tho the lack of a yard was a hardship for kids and their wigglies. Great porches, great hot tub, lots of room. We had some trouble with the technology--sound/ visuals, but overall good. Needed a sponge in the kitchen, a food scraper, and a 'brownie' pan--we're cooks and foodies; next time, we'll know [small things]! Overall, quite satisfied--very close to a 5.

Our family of 9 (ages 5-91), was very comfortable in this large cabin. The cabin was nice with nice furnishings, however, there were several items in the kitchen that needed repairs (ie: 2 broken shelves in the refrigerator, microwave door was barely hanging on, the grill gas tank was empty, bottom of toaster wouldn't stay on), and the cabin was not very clean. It appeared to have been "surface cleaned" but it needs a good deep cleaning. If the property had been more clean & had not had the maintenance issues I would have rated the whole experience a 5. The rental company was very accomodating & professional. We have stayed in Bear Creek Crossing before & really like it there. We would stay in Bear Creek again.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. Very roomy. We were all happy with this cabin. The beds slept great and we had everything we needed.

We stayed the weekend and eloped at Bluff Mountain Inn. The cabin was very clean and beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the little cabin and huge tv in the media room. We will definitely be back!

Curtains in the master bedroom (upstairs) were full of bugs - bed was right below! The cinema movie card was not on the table - when I called the Eden Crest representative he said the people who had rented prior had turned it in. He mentioned I would need to come by the office to pick one up. I found this to be inconvenient versus someone from the office to drop this off as a measure of 'customer service'. We had not intended to leave the property. We have enjoyed properties at Bear Creek Crossing in the past and have rented several times. Not sure I would rent this specific property again.

May want to bring extra wash cloths. We had to launder them daily.

Four couples, very spacious and beautiful place to relax with good friends and have a great time! The beds are extra comfy....I would love to know what kind of mattresses I slept on!!! Best sleep I had in a long time.

Loved the cabin . The playhouse surely intertwined the children as well as the adults .<br/>Only 2 points to mention , not enough coking equipment , and base,net was cold . We couldn't turn off the fan.

The cabin was great very clean all the guess had a good time. One thing that was not okay was the area where the pool table was. not enough room to play, to close to the wall.

This cabin was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the playhouse. The location was convenient to the store and other local attractions. The indoor pool located down the hill provided additional activity for the kids, which is always a plus. The one downfall to the cabin was the kitchen supplies. The pans were not teflon coated and therefore were hard to clean as food stuck to them. The can opener was broke upon arrival and all canned goods had to be repeatedly punctured to get them open. Overall a positive experience that we would repeat again.

Wonderful place to stay. The cabin was better than expected. Pictures of the cabin are extremely accurate, but had to see the cabin to believe it. We were fairly close to Pigeon Forge and could easily get into town once we learned the best commute. A total of ten of us stayed at the Playhouse Cinema. Our four grand daughters loved the cabin on the top floor, too. We had a great time. We hope to return again someday to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Playhouse Cinema. Eleven family members from three states met at the cabin for six days of fun. The three children in the group loved having their own little cabin up in the loft, and the adults all enjoyed having their own king suites. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and we didn't have any issues while we were there. It wasn't as clean as I keep my own home, but I'm a clean freak, so most people would think it was fine. The cabin is pretty close to most of the activities we wanted to do. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again if we make another visit to the area.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautifully appointed! Brought our two older grown married children each with one of our toddler grandsons as well as our youngest 15 yo son. Extremely spacious for all 9 of us & something to entertain every age!Trip started out iffy as we were sent the wrong codes (when called about it lady was rather rude) & our great room fireplace was broken. Although not compensated for any of our troubles (we called & reported fireplace but had to make a second call as the info was not relayed & thus not repaired) we made our own fun with the playhouse, hot tub, & pool table!There were lots of ladybugs & stinkbugs... Needed exterminating.

The 4 youngest granchildren loved the little complaints from everybody else on the sleeping arrangements.Oldest granson called the bottom floor his "mancave" hardly saw him at all when we were at the cabin lol. Everything was clean. Over all a great experience. Have all ready recommended Eden Crest to friends.

This place was awesome, had plenty of room for the whole family and my kids loved the theater room, games and especially their little cabin. Adults enjoyed the time to relax in the hot tub.<br/>Will defiantly be staying here again

Entire family loved our stay at Playhouse Cinema, best part was enjoying coffee with family members each morning on back porch before going our separate ways each day. What a relaxing way to start a day!!! (Some afternoons were spent the same way!!!) Our main complaints were that the fridge froze our veggies and the floors were too dirty for going barefoot. Other than that, our vacation here was awesome and I'm hoping we get another chance to come back and stay in the same cabin. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

We were very happy with our cabin. It looked even better that it did in the photographs! It worked out perfectly for our family of 12. It was in a great location, easy to get to the Park and all the attractions. Only problem was the fridge, which froze all of our food.

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was spacioud for the 10 of us. Ee did have problems with the refrigerator. Left message for maintnance and never heard back. Then when we left again called and reservations was foreading a medsage for management to contact us. We lost a good amount of food and then had to eat out. No one has contacted me yet. Disappointed

The pictures do not do this place justice. A truly amazing location and place. I just also very pleased with the discounts Eden Crest provided to us.

Hard to find direction because there was no number to identify the house . I received wrong code alarm to turn off. . No rangers in the room. Needs to impruve.

This cabin is very nice! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need....plenty of cookware, skillets, pots, pans blenders, waffle maker.... you name it. <br/><br/>Note to guests with wifi devices: Bring a wifi range extender! The dsl modem box is at the top floor in the main bedroom, so if you pick a bedroom on the bottom level you may not get a good signal... online streaming sites like Netflix will not stream well without some kind of signal booster. <br/><br/>Be sure to download the Eden Crest app. The push notifications are very helpful. No need to stop by the rental office to check in or out. Everything is sent to you via the app. It also lets you share info with your other guests.

Eden crest was very easy to work with. The cabin was lovely with a beautiful viewl. The hot tub was nice and hot and the beds were very comfortable. There were however a few issues we found. There was a serious stink bug issue in all of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The sauna never worked, the fridge settings were so low that any food below the middle shelf froze and adjusting the settings didn't help. The pipes under the sink busted our last night due to severe clogging from previous residents. The maintenance man did not fix the issue like he said he did so the guys in our cabin had to unclog it and fix the pipes themselves afterwards. Many more issues than we were hoping for.

The rental was a extremely nice cabin. Definitely will rent again. Thanks!

Wonderful! we have 2 children, ages 10 and 4. They loved "Fort Jackson" they played a lot in there. We have used Eden Crest many times and have never been disappointed always clean and if we have a problem they take care of it. I must tell you our 4 year old received a camera from "Santa" and it was left in the cabin. We didn't know it until we got home. I called the office and told them about it and they said we will look for it. They did find it and shipped it to us and needless to say we had one happy 4 year old. Thank you staff for being caring and considerate. We Love you!! and we will be returning!

Showed up about 4:10 pm and the cleaning crew was still there and said they didn't know anyone was checking in that day. They finished up quickly and left. Our kids arrived on the second night and when our daughter started to go to bed she noticed a lump under the covers. She pulled the sheets back and the mattress cover was wadded up at the top of the bed. It became very obvious that the sheets had not been changed at all, which was very disturbing. There were no extra sheets to be found. But on a brighter note, the cabin is beautiful and had plenty of cookware for our large group. The grandkids loved the mini cabin upstairs. What a great idea! Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating a late Christmas.
