Absolutely amazing

The location of the rental is amazing!! Lots of things are close by. So many great memories were made here. The reason I'm giving a 4 star is because the actual condo is outdated. Kitchen cookware and tupperwear needs an upgrade. Kitchen cabinets were stuffed with bunch of unnecessary things, while a huge lack of pots and pans. There were two coffee machines and none of them were working. Also there was too much decor. Every corner, even inch of any countertop had something on it. But if you won't let it bother you this place is pretty awesome!

It is a grat place to stay

The condo was very clean and spacious. I loved that when walked through the door the first thing you see is the beautiful ocean. Location was very convenient to all the places we were planning to go. The staff were very friendly. Love this condo, will definitely return.

The condo was in a great location and everything was wonderful. The only things we had that were unexpected was that the furniture the pics showed of the condo on the deck was not all there. Was really excited to have the swing and it was not there along with the lower table not being there. However it was still a great deck and we had just enough seating. Condo has been updated since photos. The only down side is the loud music all night from Ms. Newby’s which kept us up. Overall a great place and even though the music was loud I would stay there again if I visit this area. Loved the pools and hot tubs and the on-site bar was great. Excellent trip.

It is a grat place to stay

Had a few problems with missing kitchen items, Washer had mold all around the seal. Not a little mold but a lot of mold. 2 overhead lights were out. No working controller or box for the TV in the master bedroom. Everything was taken care of in a timely matter. But was told they would need to order a new seal for the washer. I have pictures of the mold and it was really bad.The mold has been there for quite a while.If you are considering renting this unit be sure to ask if the mold issue was taken care of. We had to clean the washer and dryer with bleach and vinegar and baking soda before we could use them. They had a bad smell especially the washer. No compensation was offered for the washer.

First, let me say that I love Gulfcrest and will continue to stay here. However, I will not stay in Unit 1202 again. I've stayed in the unit 2 times. It needs a lot of updates. The owners need to recognize this. The balcony furniture is outdated, as well as the awful mattresses and living room furniture. I won't pay the price to have to sleep in the living room because the beds are just horrible. Ice maker works but will not distribute ice. The unit is always very clean.

The room was not very clean,the furniture was dirty needs alot of up dating. There were 2 wet blankets in the dryer, bedding was not in good shape, we only had 4 wash clothes, no batteries in the remotes, patio in rough shape. We have stay at Gulf Crest for many years & this is the 1st we have complained.

I have stayed at Gulf Crest 3 times and it's great every time. I always rent straight from Gulf Crest and the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful no matter if my questions are small or insignificant! The condo was beautiful. I love the layout of the condos and the kitchen was significantly stocked with needs. I will always try to stay at Gulf Crest!!!

WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH TOILET. FIXED RIGHT AWAY. LOVE LAYOUT OF CONDO. WAS SO SO CLEAN. NEEDED DEEP CLEANING. MASTER BED COULD USE NEW MATRESS. TV WERE A JOKE.

Beautiful Beaches

Planned the vacation a long time before the date. When we got there we saw the hurricane warnings and then experienced them first hand. The first time I have ever seen the beach almost gone - 11 foot surge.

We enjoyed our time in this unit! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed! It was easy checking in and out! The water and beach was beautiful!

We have stayed at Gulf Crest multiple times and have ALWAYS been happy with our unit. It is why we stay here, because we know the quality is exceptional.

Gulfcrest is one of our favorite PCB condos, stayed here a number of times. As with any condo rental, the individual units vary widely. The complex is in a great location, units have WIDE beach views, low-key (no crazy partying - but also not overbearing rules about pool area, etc...), quick elevators, convenient parking, stable fast wi-fi. We enjoyed our September week stay in this particular unit 1202 with only a few minor issues (weather aside). +Interior was very clean. +LivingRoom Furniture Comfy. +Sufficient kitchen supplies and All appliances worked well. +Beach Chairs included +Plenty of balcony furniture. ~Master BR bed was meh, but that's subjective. -TV was disappointing , no HD, limited channel subscription, no smart tv to access Netflix/etc.., remotes missing batteries and some didn't work once replaced. -Dryer in our unit had a problem , loud screeching while running. To Gulfcrest's credit, they were quick to send maintenance to evaluate once we notified them, but it was not repaired by the time we left (parts availability?). We'll definitely be back to Gulf crest, but might choose a different room next time depending on availability. Nothing deal-breaking, just maybe choose one that has an updated shower and newer tvs.

We always enjoy staying at this facility and like the condos as they have a great view of the beach and are relatively spacious.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Facility.Our condo was all we could have imagined.The weather was awesome and the people were very friendly.I WILL BE BACK.

Our 1st stay was May 2019 and again Oct. 11-20, 2019. Our experience was wonderful!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, if needed. Our condo was very nice and clean. Already planning to return in May and October 2020.Thank you all so much for a wonderful vacation.

We travel with about 10 families every year and stay at Gulf Crest Condos . It is a great time!

Amazing great place

Had a very nice time in Panama City Beach. The weather could have been a little better, but overall it was a nice vacation. Loved the Condo Unit #1202. The beds were comfy and clean, (floors were dirty), everything you needed to cook was provided, and the view was spectacular!

WE LOVE GULF CREST CONDOMINIUMS SO MUCH THAT WE STAY THERE TWICE A YEAR. WE CANNOT BRING OURSELVES TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. THE CONDOS ARE ALWAYS VERY CLEAN, AND HAVE ALL THAT WE NEED AND THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO HIGHLY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VACATION THAT WILL CREATE WONDERFUL MEMORIES.

Our stay at Gulf Crest was overall very good. The two units we rented were very clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint I really have is the elevators, too slow not enough of them working, the one on the parking deck made noise at the top floor and the door was hesitant to open I had to use the open door button. They all could use some maintenance

Everything was fine except for the smell of the unit. It spelled as if an dog/animal occupied the unit.

This condo was furnished nicely and decorated to feel very comfortable and homey! The huge balcony was our favorite because it had lots of seating and dining options. We had everything we needed to cook and dine in but close to many restaurants when we wanted to go out. Amenities include two pools and two hot tubs along with a pool side tiki bar that serves drinks and good food! Great place! We will be back!

We visit the beach several times a year and try many of the complexes along the beach .Gulf crest was very nice , and we enjoyed our stay. This unit was VERY nice , and rates up there with the top units we have visited. Spacious with great amenities , a wonderful deck , that is so well appointed it seems like an additional room. Kitchen was great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return to this unit if it is ever open again .

My family and I love this place, we will not stay anywhere 's in the best location I believe on the beach, parking is great. The rooms are spacious and the big balcony is lovely with beautiful views for miles. The staff at Gulf crest are always friendly and helpful.

Spring Vacation

We had such a great and relaxing time. The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We would love to come back and stay at the same place!

I love Gulf Crest. The condos are great, office staff friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I would certainly recommend to everyone.

The pictures are true. On the surface looks pretty and modern. Really requires a deep cleaning. Beige floor grout in bathrooms were dirty Brown. Could use updated linens in bathrooms and bedrooms. Was comfortable convenient and safe. Would stay again if those issues were addressed

Great vacation rental

Gulf Crest is a great place to stay. The condos are large, clean and fully equipped. The location is perfect. The staff are always professional and helpful.
