The ultra-private property has a big outdoor living area with a hot tub, kitchen, and a gas fire pit. Inside, two posh living rooms and a game room offer plenty of space for your group. Relax in the hot tub or sauna after a day of adventure. Please note this rental is not pet-friendly.
LIVING AREAS
High ceilings soar in the Great Room, furnished with a sofa and two sets of chairs. Gather for cocktails around a gas fireplace and 65" TV.
The media room, adjacent to the game area and bar, has a sectional and 75" TV with Netflix, Roku, DVD player, and surround sound system.
The game room has a pool table, card table, and a wet bar with Sonos speakers.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and warm wood cabinetry. The fridge, a five-burner gas stove, double oven, and a wine fridge offer everything needed to create meals. Extras include filtered water on the island sink faucet and a second fridge in the garage.
Sip coffee at the kitchen island that seats four. Gather in the 10-seat formal dining area and take in captivating lake views.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The upper-floor master suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, 55" TV, private balcony, and spa-like en-suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub -- all with lake views.
Two upstairs guest rooms have lake views, king beds, and 50" TVs. One has an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The adjacent bedroom has a king bed, 49" TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and private balcony.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The expansive deck has a full outdoor kitchen, granite island with gas heaters, and a hot tub and sauna that overlook the lake. Kick back on the lounge chairs, recliners, and an outdoor living room around the gas fire pit (cushioned seating available in summer).
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Parking is available for four cars; two in the garage, two in the driveway. Two washer/dryer sets, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mudroom, and ski/snowboard/bike racks in the garage are provided. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 14 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. Hot tub use is prohibited after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive area and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
