ABOUT THE HOUSE
The inviting main living area features soaring ceilings, wood floors and chic furnishings. Relax on a plush couch and two leather armchairs, set before a 45” flat screen TV and crackling fireplace.
An additional living area offers a fantastic social space on the third floor, furnished with a sectional, separate sitting area, and 55” flat screen TV. Enjoy movie night, or whip up drinks at the wet bar, complete with a wine fridge.
Home chefs will love the open-concept kitchen, a gourmet space with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances -- including a Wolf six-burner range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Share festive meals around a wood dining table for 10.
Enjoy Ventura’s mild weather in the backyard. Make use of the Char-broil grill and enjoy alfresco meals. There’s more outdoor space to soak up the sun on a balcony with ocean views.
The house sleeps eight guests in three tastefully furnished bedrooms.
On the second level, the master bedroom boasts a plush California king bed. A luxurious en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub, enclosed travertine shower room, dual vanity, and walk-in closet.
Find a comfy queen bed in the entry-level second bedroom. A third bedroom also has a queen bed along with a walk-in closet. Both rooms share access to a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The house also has two elegantly appointed half baths.
Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. There is parking for five cars between the driveway and garage.
This property is registered as a Short-Term Vacation Rental in the City of Ventura, permit #2291. Please note that City regulations require a 7-night minimum stay at all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.
Stroll 1 block to a beautiful stretch of beach. Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy walks on the Ventura Pier and Promenade. Head the same distance to Ventura Harbor for boat trips to the famed Channel Islands.
