This townhome has a two-story layout. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are okay). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
Step right out your door to walk, run, or bike along the Martis Valley Loop Trail. A grocery store is within a 10-minute stroll. Find a host of dining, shopping, and entertainment options in downtown Truckee.
