This condo stays cool via split AC and ceiling fans in living area and each bedroom. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer as well as complimentary internet with Wifi, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickle-ball courts, free self-parking, a heated fresh water swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5 mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Kamaole III and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. Please note, the entire complex is a non smoking property and no elevators
Please note that from September 1st to 15th, 2023, the pool and spa will be closed for maintenance purposes. During this time, the interior of the pool will be regrouted, and the existing fence around the pool will be replaced. However, management has made arrangements with Maui Schooner for Luana Kai residents and guests to use their pool facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Dates are subject to change and delays.
