This 3500 sq ft beautiful home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a game room. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably depending on the sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two queen beds, the master bedroom has a king bed, sofa sleeper and a day bed. We also have two very comfortable roll-away beds, if needed. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the cooking supplies you'll need.

For your enjoyment the house has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, hot tub poolside bar, several grills, grilling supplies, TV's and a ping pong table.

You can also just sit on the gazebo and enjoy the lake or fish. The lake is well stocked with fish. Fishing poles are available.

There is exercise equipment on the property for you to use as well. We also have 4 bicycles to use, you can either ride the bikes or walk to the newly renovated Joe Brown park. The park offers free tennis courts, a walking path, nature center, heated swimming pool and much more.

You are only walking distance from the Walmart and many other stores and eateries.

The house is in a great, safe location! It's completely private and fenced in. You are only 15 minutes away from downtown. If you don't have your own transportation there's public transportation nearby and of course Uber, Lyft and a taxi will take you where you need to go. If you feel like driving but didn't bring a car there's an Enterprise car rental only 3 blocks away from the property.

It's very easy and convenient to get to where you need to go from this property, and then you get to come back to serenity of our lovely home.

You can experience some of our many festivals, Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Voodoo Fest, Essence Fest and many more festivals. Also, you can visit our world famous French Quarter, museums, plantation homes, swamp tours, casinos, parks and river cruises. Come to the world's' largest party, Mardi Gras. It's unbelievable! Bring your family and friends, they will love you for doing so.

* PLEASE NOTE: Ms. Pat, the owner of the house lives in the pool house which shares a wall with the main house. It's a separate residence with it's own living space, kitchen and bathroom. She's hardly visible to guests and is very quiet. 

* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
