OCCUPANCY- LIMIT 8 - (3 CARS MAXIMUM) -NO PETS - Desirable Ward's Cove location! What a view from this well maintained and equipped home overlooking private waterfront and dock which is located right across the camp road. Nice, bright open living/kitchen/dining area with huge windows providing a wide open lake view. Three bedrooms (First floor bedroom with queen bed and private bath). Additional full bath/laundry and bedroom with twins on first floor. Second floor features a big bedroom with two double beds. Deck. Large rear yard with picnic table and firepit. Aside from the private frontage this property also has rights to the lovely sandy association beach just a short walk away.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront property with camp road between the frontage and the house. Rocky underfoot. Swimming off the dock. Short walk to beautiful Association Beach. Nice lawn behind the house . Parking space for a maximum of 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, suitable for short term tie up only (loading and unloading). The lake can get rough, with this in mind, tenants MUST NEVER leave their boat unattended. When not using it, boat MUST be on the mooring.
