This sparkling renovation has a large Master BR with a private bathroom and also 2 regular bedrooms which share a full bath. There are 2 separate private entrances. The Family Room has a spacious office area, ideal for brainstorming sessions. The Living/Dining area has an open floorplan, excellent for entertaining. The wide front porch overlooks a quiet neighborhood, and the big deck has a beautiful view of the backyard and the trees behind.
Our Guests Loved: The hospitality, cleanliness, privacy, value, piano, guitar & the impressive in-house gym!
Some people want to do photo shoots and you can get pricing to do commercial photography of the premises for your resale. You can message us for details!

Within minutes of both Research Triangle Park (RTP) and the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) airport. Friendly neighbors, with fast food restaurants within 5 minutes.
