COVID-19 Enhanced Safety and Cleaning at all Property Manager Residences:
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay. In addition, we have increased the accessibility of hand sanitizers for you and our employees to protect the safety of the community.

Just steps away from the Lakeway Resort and Spa and the Lakeway Marina, this condo is in perfect location for your group to get the most out of Lake Travis. Whether you want to book an excursion out on the lake or enjoy a cocktail by the resort pool, this is your spot!
Imagine waking up every morning, sipping on a cup of coffee, and enjoying the sunrise over a gorgeous view of Lake Travis. The Texas Hill Country doesn’t get much more scenic then the views from the porch. Located on the 3rd floor, this is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset.
If you are looking for a special night out this home is conveniently located to some of the best restaurants Lake Travis has to offer. If cooking at the condo is more your speed, the condo is also located near grocery and convenience stores. Additionally, there is a Kids Club, which is sure to keep your kids busy for hours, is just a short walk from your front door!
The living and kitchen are an ‘open’ concept and create a nice flow between the kitchen, living, dining and then out to the private outdoor entertaining area which is sure to be the perfect setting for relaxing and watching a sunrise or sunset! Boat slip use is not guaranteed by us, but by Lakeway Marian and must be approved in advance. Boat dimensions will be needed.

3. Loft Bedroom on Second Floor with Queen Bed
The home is pre-set for 6 guests, but can hold up to 8 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 7 and 8 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 8 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
