The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 12 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
