Reserve your stay now with no risk - You can cancel for any reason within 24 hours after booking at no charge as long as your check-in is more than 7 days in the future. After the 24 hour grace period, based on the dates you've selected, payments to hold your reservation per the Payment Policy below will be non-refundable. Located in the heart of College Station, the home is nestled right next to the A&M campus, the perfect location for resting between a football game and a jaunt to the golf course.
Warmly decorated and updated with modern amenities, you are sure to feel quite at-home when you enter the modern farmhouse home.
The home comes with a 2-car attached garage, half bath, and four generously sized bedrooms with huge walk-in closets. The four private bathrooms are sure to impress with shower surrounds tiled to the 9 foot ceiling, shower niches, beautiful, quality plumbing fixtures and superior storage. Thoughtful, modern farmhouse design fully equipped with 8 foot solid core doors, Quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, spectacular kitchen island, and Samsung kitchen appliances.
COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS are freshly laundered and sanitized every stay. All staff members will be masked while inside of the home before and during your stay.

• 2 Queen Bedrooms with Ensuite Baths
The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 11 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 8 and 11 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 16 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)
