Guests who stay in Lil' Blue will have a real treat. The owners have taken special care to renovate this home as they purchased it from the original owner. This home has been completely restored with everything new - inside and outside. The home is located on a canal in Sea Isle, so guests will have access to fish from the dock, go swimming in the canal and all of the other fun activities in Sea Isle - one of Galveston's most sought after vacation rental locations. The new owner has updated with new stairs and a new deck on Lil' Blue. Enter through the main living area which is an open concept with the dining and kitchen. The original cedar boards were used to enclose the electric fireplace in the living area. You will feel how comfortable this home is and how much care the owner has taken to make this a beautiful property. The kitchen has been completely updated with all new countertops, cabinets, appliances and every type of cooking utensil needed to prepare full meals for the family. This home has high-speed internet for streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV's - does not have cable television. Only the living room television is equipped with a digital antenna, so guests may receive news/weather updates.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows for a maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bath with step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom (also located on the main level) has a Twin over Queen size custom bed - perfect for when a little one still wants to sleep with parents. The second bedroom sleeps 3. The second restroom is also located on the main floor and features a tub/shower combination. Both of the restrooms have been completely rebuilt. The third bedroom is located on the ground level and is not connected by an interior staircase. It has a separate entrance at ground level and is intended for use by older teens or adults. The third bedroom at ground level has a twin over full bunk (sleeps 3). This home is designed for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children as the top bunks in the second and third bedrooms are designed for children.
Community of Sea Isle
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston's West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You'll be glad you did! If not, Ryson's in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.
Pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Sea Isle community fishing pier and the boat launch are not available for guest use.
Boat lift is not available for guest use. If the owner's boat is at the home, guest and their visitors should not touch or tamper with the boat or slip.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.
Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV's; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson offers a variety of homes to better accommodate our wide variety of guests. Homes with ground-level bedrooms or living spaces can be great alternatives for those with limited mobility or teens and adults who'd prefer a little more privacy or separation, as ground-level living spaces often have a private entrance, separated from the main living areas of the home. Ground-level bedrooms may not be ideal for young kids. Also, due to code/structure and island humidity from the Gulf, especially during times of heavy rain, ground-level areas may have higher than expected humidity levels. Guests may wish to keep this in mind if anyone is sensitive to certain odors. Please speak with a Vacation Planner to go over the details of specific homes if there are any questions.
