Description
The fabulous, newly constructed, 6 bedroom 4 full baths plus 2 half bath home has some of the best views in all of Port Aransas and a Private Pool. The home offers amazing vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, jaw dropping views and a large ocean front balcony. The elevator has access to all 3 floors. The third floor has a large open kitchen with a counter bar for seating, spacious living room and dining area and a half bath. The second floor has 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The first and second bedroom have a king bed with a private bath. The third bedroom a King size bed and the the fourth bedroom two Queen beds. These two rooms share a bath. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on this floor , that share a bathroom, each with a set of twin size bunk beds with a trundle. The first floor has a laundry room, bathroom and a one car garage for your use. This home is BEACHFRONT, located close to the community golf accessible boardwalk and close to the shared pool. Come visit License To Chill for a few days or a whole week!
