Great time

Property had a MBedroom and 2 suites with bathrooms attached making it convenient for 3 adult couples and 8 children. The additional rooms had plenty of bunks. Pool was next door. Hot water heater was on the blitz for 24 hours , but their maintenance employee fixed the problem next day. Most everything that you would need was readily in the unit. Fire pit was a challenge getting it started, but finally worked.

In general, this is a great place to stay! We&#x2019;ve chosen to book this condo for several years in a row and really like it. It&#x2019;s very close to the pool and not too far from town (about 20 minutes) and not too far from Tuacahn (20 minutes). We appreciate having 5 bathrooms when our whole family is there, and all the bedrooms! It&#x2019;s so nice to have pool towels available there. <br/>We noticed this time the carpets could use cleaning as well as the kitchen floor. There is a mat in the kitchen that&#x2019;s very dirty and cracked and should be replaced. The trash bins in the garage smell so bad! We couldn&#x2019;t keep them in the garage because of the smell-they definitely need to be cleaned. <br/>

Great Experience

We loved staying in this beautiful home. Everything we wanted and needed. We loved the layout, all the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms and the closeness of the pool. We will come again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ledges. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of them! I appreciated that there were instructions for everything we needed to figure out - like the TVs. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances, and we were pleasantly surprised at how the pantry was stocked with baking goods. <br/><br/>It was close and convenient to adventures at and around Snow Canyon. Even though it seemed we were away from St. George City, it was a quick drive and we had access to everything.

Our family comes to St. George every year to go see plays at Tuacahn. This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Ledges but the 1st time at Launchpad. We loved it! The furniture is comfortable. The layout works well for our family. It was nice to be able to cook meals and there was plenty of cookware, appliances, dishes, etc. There were even kid-friendly dishes that we appreciated. We liked being close to the pool. There were dressers and TVs in every bedroom that we appreciated. We'd stay here again!

We spent thanksgiving at the Ledges with all of our extended family. A total of 21 people. The house was perfect! So many (comfy) beds, super clean and roomy Bathrooms, and so much room to spread out and play. The pool right next door was so much fun. Just 4 minutes from Snow Canyon state park and under ten minutes to restaurants, shops, grocery, movie theaters, etc. We used the kitchen to prep and eat thanksgiving dinner and they had almost everything we needed. We brought our own instant pot- but otherwise they had it all! There&#x2019;s extra parking super close!<br/>

AMAZING! Perfect space, perfect location

Great place to stay! It was clean and had plenty of beds for everyone. We loved the close location to the pool and the overall quiet location outside of town was really nice. Did I mention it was clean? So nice to not feel let down by the pictures! It was everything we hoped for and more!

We love the Launchpad! Our boys didn't want to leave they had so much fun in the kids play room with bunk bed, entertainment center, and love sacs. Even during quarantine we had an amazing vacation. Played golf,ping pong in the garage, pickle-ball, went on hikes, and just chilled at Home. We made the waffles this time they were delicious. We can't wait to go back! This is a different feel than other vacation rentals in St. George it is located a short 4 minute drive from main street but you feel like you are in a different world with all the red cliffs and beautiful Scenery! Cant recommend the Launch Pad enough it is beautifully decorated great furniture and stocked with everything you could possibly need!

Our experience was great ! The house is beautiful ! I would recommend this home and area to any one. It makes me want to come back and explore. I came home from this trip saying we need to find out how much these properties are going for. The area is beautiful and very nice. My suggestion is to have the pool heated in the winter months. And you need somewhere for over flow parking. If you have 3 cars you have no room. The house was perfect! Great location !

I stayed in the rental with my daughter's soccer team for a tournament. It was the perfect set up for a large team. Most of the girls were able to have their own beds. There was enough room that it didn't feel cramped. So great to have a well stocked kitchen to cook healthy meals in. Only down side was the distance from town but even that wasn't too bad.

This place is perfect! We will definitely stay here again. We had 3 families stay here for soccer tournament. The bunk area was perfect and fun. The smaller bunk room with bathroom too. The beds were comfy with lots of blankets throughout the condo. Lots of TV's and lots of bathrooms for us all. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could think of. We cooked and ate all our meals at the condo. The grill was spacious. The living room has a giant sectional and plenty of space to lounge and relax and watch TV/movies. This place has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay. We love being away from the crazy traffic going on downtown in St. George since it was President's Weekend. We hope to stay here again.

The launchpad is a fantastic family location if visiting the st George area. This unit is close to the community pool, has a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of space for a few families with kids, and nice outdoor patio space. We enjoyed all the amenities. The loft bunk beds were perfect for the boy cousins and the other upstairs bunk bed Room worked great for the girl cousins. Each couple had their own room with en-suite. We loved the location as it was in close proximity to snow canyon state park, pioneer park, and a few minutes to grocery store. A perfect place to crash after a fun day of outdoor hiking and bicycle riding!

Had a girl's retreat here with my daughters and granddaughters. Our stay was so delightful and fun we will be renting this place again. It was very clean and we had plenty of space to spread out. My granddaughters loved the black and white checked bunk bed room. I could hear them for hours giggling and laughing with their cousins. The pool was right next to us so we visited every day and did some fun hiking a Snow Canyon. We also ate at the Fish Rock Grille which was excellent. I high recommend this place. Maybe next time we might invite the guys:)

The Launchpad was great. It was very clean, and had a ton of great beds. The property was awesome and dealing with Dan and Kimber for the reservation was great. They are very nice and helpful. We will for sure be coming back.

The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable for our extended family of 20. Even though neighbors were close (and on street parking was restricted), we felt we had a private space and never even heard outside noise. We will stay here again.

This home provided a comfortable and beautiful setting for a much needed getaway. What was so impressive was the attention to detail to accommodate a large group. From the amount of dishes to the amount of sleep space. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere where there were so many comforts that were provided for a large group, We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the St. George area,,

`This place is set up to better cool than to heat

This is a beautiful property that looks and feels like a luxury resort! The staff was extremely friendly, and the property was very clean and beautifully decorated with paintings and photos of the spectacular views of Southern Utah. We had two wonderful nights here, and it was very cozy and comfortable! The property is in a great location - quiet and away from traffic but still just a short drive to lots of stores, restaurants, nature parks, and entertainment options. It's close enough to everything to be very convenient for all sorts of Southern Utah activities, but far enough away to be able to sit on the beautiful deck or patio and see the stars over the red rock. The place is right by the pool and has lots of bedrooms and space to hang out full of entertainment options - perfect for groups or families. After a day of hiking, cycling, golfing, or sight-seeing, you can come back and enjoy a game or a movie and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, baking supplies, and spices, so you can make your meals and snacks or order from the delicious resort cafe. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay for a relaxing and fun vacation to Southern Utah! We would highly recommend this place to stay if you are in the area, and we hope to stay there again!

Everybody had a great time. Great location with excellent services

We felt like we had stepped into a 5-star resort! The property is beautifully decorated and furnished and the Master Suite is spacious and luxurious! The en suite made you feel like you were at a luxury spa. The Deck and outdoor patio (yes it has both) are very cool and great for enjoying the great Southern Utah weather. The Kitchen has everything you need is well stocked and great for entertaining. The Property has tv's on the walls everywhere with Dish Network, a gaming station, and the family room is massive, inviting, and very relaxing. Your kids will love the cool bunkbeds, gaming station, and giant luv sacs! There is so much room at this place you could never use it all.We were only 5 minutes from Downtown St. George but you feel like you are in a very secluded resort with scenery straight out of a movie and hidden from the rest of the world. The property is also connected (literally right outside your front door) to a large and very fun swimming pool with a water fountain in the middle and a shaded pool side cabana that the whole family will love. There is a competition ping pong table in the garage and tons of water toys. We had so much fun at the condo we had a hard time leaving the property to explore all the other fun activities in Southern Utah. If you decide to explore there are so many activities close to the property, lots of hiking and biking trails, shopping, and just a short drive to Tuacahn center for arts. The Property is also located next to the Snow Canyon State park that has many wonderful short hikes to overlooks of spectacular scenery. I am an avid golfer so we played at the Ledges Golf Club it was lush green, has beautiful vistas, and fun to play. The Fish Rock Grille at the club house has great food, a Sunday brunch buffet, and they will even deliver to you! Your kids will never want to leave and but it was also very romantic for my wife and I because we could escape the kids in the secluded romantic master suite!
