This lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bath village home is a spectacular addition to any vacation! Located less than a mile from the shops and restaurants and only a 2.3 miles from the skiing and golf at Holiday Valley. Once a bed and breakfast, this home is always a hit that you and your guests are sure to return to year after year. The first floor offers a grand, open kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with plenty of room. The living room has space for all to enjoy the flat screen TV and gas fire place in the evening. The primary bedroom with Queen bed on the main floor offers a private bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 full baths and the 4 additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer Pyramid Style Bunks, one other bedroom offers two twin beds and the final fifth bedroom offers a queen bed. This home offers the space, comfort, and location you're looking for during your getaway to Ellicottville!
