If you prefer a unique view, this condo is located on the very tip of the island. The view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach. This condo has comfortable traditional décor.

We have stayed in Lands End many times. Usually in building 6 or 7 but could not because of construction. Condo was nice. I would recommend to update sheets, not very good did not stay on beds. Baths need a good update. Couch not the best. View ok but looks on a rusty barge which can not be fixed. Was cleaned just a little update needed.

This is the second time my family has used Resort Rentals to rent a condo at Lands End. The location of the unit was perfect (I liked it better than ocean front) you were right over the water. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (the only thing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable). I'm not sure how often it is used, we are a family of six. The day I picked up the keys the lady at the desk was very nice and gave us a good suggestion of things to do while we waited for our unit to be ready. I would recommend visiting Lands End to my friends, in fact we are already discussing coming back in a couple of years when we visit Florida again. We went on a 5 hour fishing trip out of Hubbards marina (caught 12 keeper grey snapper), my husband and daughter rented jet ski's. Lunch at Family Fisherman was good, Dinner at Crab Daddy's was good.

We have been staying at Lands End as a family for over 20 years, and have always enjoyed the beautiful grounds and awesome views of the Gulf while taking in the gorgeous sunsets.

However, this recent trip we were highly disappointed in the specific condo we stayed in which was in need of several repairs. THe blinds were falling apart in the master bedroom and the throw rugs in the kitchen had dirt on the them upon our arrival. The AC went out on the first day we arrived, but was repaired quickly by Resort Rentals.

The property looked just like the pictures show. We had the most amazing view. Everyday there was something new to see. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and the manatees. I would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again! Gail at check in was wonderful!!! She is the best!!

The property was very clean and felt like home away from home. Walking distance to the ocean and swimming pool is priceless! It's our 5th time at the location, never been disappointed. Definitely,recommending it to all my family and friends and hope to visit again :)

It was the best vacation ever! Beautiful landscaping, very comfortable apartment with everything you need to feel like being home. View from our balcony was amazing. We didn't wanna go back. The beach was 2 minutes to walk. In general, I cannot think about one minor negative thing. We would definitely come back to this place.

Again we love Building 5 at Lands End Condos! The only complaints would again be the fitted sheet not fitting and staying on the mattress and the couch was totally warn out. These condos are in the best location and the views and convenience to the bay & beach are awesome!

The stay at Lands End was fantastic as always. The property and location can not be beat. But I want to point out one of the truly hidden gems that is most often overlooked when coming to stay at Lands End. This gem is Gale who checks you in on Saturday as you arrive. Gale greets you with a big smile and kind words and if you are lucky like me you may even get a hug. In todays fast moving world we often overlook customer service and when it is truly exceptional. Well this is what Gale is, she is exceptional. I look forward to seeing her every time we come down. Thank you for the warm greeting Gale and the big hug. The condo was dirty there was dust and sand in the running carpet we had to call maintenance the towel rack was off in the bathroom the dishwasher didn't drain. We have stayed here many times before this is the dirtiest it's been next year we may be looking for alternative location

Overall the condo was nice. The location was great and easy to get in and out. All appliances worked and view is great. However, the air conditioning and elevator worked intermittently and the furniture needs replacing. There was also a roof leak in the corner of the master bedroom that needs attention. The unit is for sale and we had to allow showings during our stay. Next time I will know what questions to ask prior to booking.

Simply amazing! Gorgeous and clean complex and our condo at the end facing canal and ocean was great! We loved it!! Highly suggest if coming to the area to stay at Lands End. 2 of the days we had manatees swim right by us in the ocean! Literally within inches of us!!!

The condo was nice and clean with a great view. The dishwasher didn't work. We called for repair Christmas Eve morning and didn't expect a response that day. However, no one ever came to fix it after the holiday either. The sofa was terrible, one could barely get back up once you sit down. It really should be replaced it is so old. The sliding door going from living room to balcony was difficult to close and we couldn't get it to lock. We felt the rest of the condo was nice even with the "70s" bathroom fixtures. There were no oven mits and the cooking utensils were just ok if you are a "foodie" and love to cook. I brought my own and glad I did. The condo was overall ok but could really be awesome with just a few minor updates (sofa, better cooking equipment, oven mits, pizza cutter, etc.) The location was great too. We did enjoy our stay but wanted to give an honest representation of the condo. The property was quiet and relaxed.

We have been staying at Land's End for over 10 years and love the location. The beach is not crowded at this time of year and the water is wonderfully warm.
This condo could use to have more kitchen cookware- like a cookie sheet or some other bakeware for oven use. The beds were pretty comfortable though. The noise this year from the beach construction project was not pleasurable. They must work night and day since you could hear the equipment when the weather was calm.

We booked last minute through Resort Rentals. They were so kind and informative. We will definitely use them again. Condo was amazing. In high tide the water would splash onto the boardwalk railing and our room was directly above the boardwalk. Never been so close to the ocean. We were surrounded by water. The unit was very clean and complex was quite. We never saw or heard anything loud or disturbing. If you want a relaxing and memorable place to stay, this is it! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all to have been summer break. Swimming pool was also very clean and management/staff on the grounds were all very kind and helpful.

Excellent, spacious and comfortable condo. The views were incredible and the sun shines into the apt. The kitchen is spacious and inviting with all the essentials you need. The master bathroom is huge and the bedroom has a walk in closet. The bed makes a lot of noise though and isn't the most comfortable.
We had a running dishwasher that was fixed within 90 minutes. The team, especially Gail, is incredibly reliable and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location of the resort could not be better. We will certainly recommend this resort to our friends. Regarding the apartment: kitchenware, pots and pans, silverware (!) leave much to be desired. Other than that, everything is in a pretty good condition. Thank you!

Very enjoyable stay. We were able to check-in 2 hours ahead of schedule which was great. Taking into account the age of the property the only niggle with the condo was the dreadful sofa bed. It looked bad on the photos, but was actually even worse than it looked online. However location is almost everything and this unit did not disappoint. First stayed at Land's End in 1987 and the pool, grounds, boardwalk and general location were as good as ever.

This is a beautiful condo with breathtaking views of Blind Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed watching manatees and dolphins right from our deck.

This was the 5th year at Land's End. Land's End is in the perfect location, as the beach is never crowded due to the condo's location at the end of the island. The grounds are exceptionally well cared for.

Our particular unit (bld 5, number 303) was very clean, but lacked a few of the amenities that typically are found in most of the condos we previously atayed at (e.g. no beach towels, no beach equipment, limited kitchen supplies). The master bedroom matress is in need of replacement and the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, but these were just minor annoyances,as overall the condo was quite nice. The view is spectacular.

Resort Rentals continues to be a fantastic company to work with to reserve condos. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff.

COmplained to the Mgr about the sheets, several of the light bulbs were out, tv remotes didn't work. The unit needed to be updated quite a bit. In 2009 we stayed in Bldg 8 & loved the unit. We will return & stay in bldg 8, in hopefully an updated unit. On the positive side, bldg 5 is a pleasant location over the intercoastal and the sandbar. The music from the restaurants didn't bother us & we enjoyed the boating activities. We will return next year. It's a lovely resort.

Mattress in master bedroom should be replaced with one of better quality. The ones in the second bedroom do not fit the frames. Workmanship of cleanig staff needs to be reviewed. Please refer to card that we turned into office when we left.

Beds were good but bedding doesn't fit properly. Screens in Master Bedroom need repairing or replacing. Master bath's shower curtain was moldy and the sink is rusty. Tub dirty on the bottom. Condo needs work. Carpets worn, furniture in living room worn and not comfortable, kitchen cupboard doors out of alignment. Cutlery and dishes should be replaced. Dryer needs to be cleaned in behind the lint basket. The vacuum wouldn't take dirt and lint out of there. Takes extra time to dry so a cost factor. The best thing about the unit is definitely the location and the staff. They need to keep it updated or it is priced too high. We really like the area and have stayed at Land's End four years now.

The view from our condo was breathtaking. We loved watching the dolphins and there were lots of shells which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The outside of the buildings was always spotless and very well kept. The pool was chilly and security was way to strict about kids in the hot tub. It was cold out so my kids were warming up (sitting on the edge with their legs in) for about ten minutes and we got scolded. There was no one else around. They said it was due to liability. Other then that, the other vistors and residents were very nice and helpful! Our unit 303, building 5 was very roomy and nice but needed some minor maintenance. We had to fix the kitchen bank of drawers because they were broken and didn't open without falling to the floor. The window frame in the second bedroom had lots of mold and so did a corner of the master bedroom. There was some garbage (wrappers, buttons) under the beds and hair in the main washroom. The carpets need to be shampooed. It by no means was horrible but wasn't spotless either. I would definitely recommend Land's End as it was beautiful and peaceful! The side view of the inter-coastal waterway and the Gulf is by far the best view. We will be back:)
