Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37)
Complimentary pool heat for the following dates, December 15th - May 1st. If your reservation is not within this time frame and would like to include pool heat for your stay extra fees may apply.
1221 Lamplighter Court is a gorgeous waterfront home with lush landscaping, surrounded by tall palm trees and complete with beautiful high-end furnishings for a luxury Marco Island vacation experience.
The location of the home on a quiet street provides a welcome reprieve from traffic and noise, but still puts guests minutes from local conveniences, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Two bikes are available for guests to explore the 4x6 mile island, and the quiet canal behind the home offers guests a private place to watch yachts pass by and look for marine wildlife.
This home does an excellent job of combining large, well-appointed common areas where the whole family can come together comfortably, with spacious private bedrooms and bathrooms for ultimate rest and relaxation. The large open floor plan, combined with tile floors and high ceilings creates a welcoming space for all to enjoy. A cozy front sitting area sits directly to the left of the front door and features two plush sofas in front of a large window, TV and entertainment center. Directly off of this seating area is a formal dining room with seating for six and unobstructed views of the pool and patio area.
The gourmet kitchen has all of the modern appliances vacationing families need to create meals at home. This kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with microwave, coffee maker and all of the kitchen essentials to allow the culinary master of the family to work his/her magic. An elegant bar with comfortable bar seats, modern light fixtures, a center island with ample counter space, custom cabinets and a clear view of the pool and patio area make this kitchen a place that everyone will want to spend time in. A breakfast nook completes the kitchen and provides extra seating and a place to enjoy coffee in the morning.
Directly off of the kitchen is a larger living area. With two ultra-comfortable couches, a sleek flat screen TV, and a wet bar, guests can kick back and relax in style. Almost all of the living areas overlook the shaded patio and private pool, and giant sliding glass doors can be pushed aside to merge indoors with the outdoors.
This resort-style lanai is shaded and has lighting and ceiling fans so guests can enjoy the patio night and day, rain or shine. A glass dining table with six chairs, a pull-up snack bar with a sliding serving window leading into the kitchen, and multiple sun loungers ensures everyone finds their favorite spot out by the pool. The completely screened in pool is south facing, allowing maximum sun exposure throughout the day. A BBQ grill and additional dining table towards the deep end of the pool give families the option for a poolside BBQ lunch or dinner during their stay. Mid-sized hedges offer privacy from the canal, so guests can eat, swim, and sunbathe in private. The perfect height of the hedges still allows guests to view the beautiful canal while they soak up the sun or enjoy lunch on the lanai.
Outside of the screened in porch, guests can stroll down their private dock overlooking the waterway. This is a popular place for adults to escape for a quiet night of cocktails and conversation after the kids are asleep.
This stunning waterfront home offers three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing guests with upscale accommodations that will make them feel like royalty. The first bedroom has a King size bed, beautiful wood accents and furnishings to give it a romantic and intimate feel.
