KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a side-by-side fridge. Ample counter space includes a kitchen island -- great for food prep!
Serve up home-cooked meals at the dining table for six. The kitchen bar seats an additional two.
Providing options for your little ones, the dining room includes a high chair and a kids’ table for four. (A booster seat is also available.)
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight adults and two children.
Comfort awaits in the first suite, which features a king bed, lake views, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (also accessible via the hallway).

The spacious third bedroom boasts a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and direct patio access. Watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player or play a game of foosball.
The fourth bedroom is appointed with two twin-over-full bunk beds.
Find two guest bathrooms -- one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy partial lake views from the covered patio, which provides alfresco dining and cushioned loungers.
Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout on the deck. A large outdoor table is perfect for meals outside while umbrellas provide cool shade. This outdoor space showcases lovely lake and mountain views.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a laundry area with a washer/dryer and sink are provided. A private outdoor elevator provides access to the entryway from the driveway. (Please note that this three-level vacation rental features a lot of interior/exterior stairs.)
Parking is available for three vehicles (two tandem driveway and one carport). Street parking is prohibited.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
