IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LAGUNA BREEZE:
*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Assigned Parking, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Charcoal Grill
*PARKING: This complex requires parking permits for each vehicle parked overnight. Only 2 Permits total are allowed per unit and only (1) Permit is included in the booking. If you need a 2nd Permit, you will need to let our office know at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. The Permits will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter at arrival. Overflow parking is allowed in any unassigned space but must have a Parking Permit visibly displayed. Please refrain from parking in other assigned parking spaces designated to other units in the complex.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered, and the fee of $150 per pet, paid prior to your arrival. Be sure to keep your pet(s) leashed at all times, and pick up after pets accordingly. Any damages caused by your pet, or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

LAGUNA BREEZE UNIT C:
You'll love the space this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit has to offer! Laguna Breeze is located on the north side of Ft. Morgan Road, minutes from either the Gulf Shores Public Beach or more secluded, less crowded beaches in Ft. Morgan. Each unit offers 3 balconies--front porch, master bedroom, and guest bedroom! Also, there is a walking trail directly in front of the property--perfect for your morning jog or walk.
This unit offers Granite Counter Tops and Stainless Appliances! The fully stocked galley Kitchen is open to the living area and features both large & small appliances, utensils, and cookware. The Spacious Living Area offers all new furnishings which include a New Sofa, Loveseat, and Recliner. New artwork as well as New Lighting has been updated throughout the unit. The Dining Area seats 4 and additional stools are located at the kitchen bar for extra seating.
Bedroom 1 offers King Bedding with Private bath, which has a tub and separate standing shower. Bedroom 2 offers Queen Bedding and shares a hall bathroom, which has a tub/ shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own balcony, which provides a great way to enjoy outdoors.
