PRIVATE POOL & PET FRIENDLY W/ LARGE FENCED YARD
Lagerheads is a hidden treasure nestled within the quiet community of Inlet Beach next to Rosemary Beach.
Lagerheads has everything you are looking for... Golf, Sand, Surf, WiFi, unique shops and restaurants! Enjoy soaking up the sun, swimming in the pool, or strolling down to the white sandy beaches half a block away. All of this and so much more awaits you for the perfect getaway! A short Walk or Bike Ride to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest pr Alys Beach.
Lagerheads is a 4 bedroom 3 bath (plus outdoor shower with hot/cold water), 2 story home that sleeps 14. This home has recently been remodeled to include new flooring on the 2nd floor, new bathroom vanities, new appliances and updated kitchen and decor. The main entrance to the home is located on the first floor where there is a unique kids "hang out" area, equipped with colorful bean bag chairs, flat-screen TV, Blue Ray/DVD. Just down the hall is a kids room with 2 bunk beds. Both sets of bunk beds have a full sized bed as the bottom bunk, providing the perfect place for 6 kids to gather. The second bedroom offers a king sized bed. The first floor bedrooms share a newly renovated full bath with double sinks and shower.
The 2nd floor offers an open living, dining and kitchen space with plenty of seating for all. Catch a breeze on the Large open deck and enjoy a cocktail while grilling and watching kids in the pool below. Or dine in the large screened front porch watching sunsets over the Gulf.
The second floor also offers the Master King Suite with private bathroom, a Large Guestroom with two Queen Beds and Full Bath in Hallway.
Enjoy the spacious yard for your kids and pets. Engage in a festive game of Volleyball, Badminton or Corn Hole which stays on property for your enjoyment. For your added convenience there is a new fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, adjacent to the pool. Recently added for our environmentally conscious guests; an electric car charger!
**Please note: There is an additional non-refundable pet fee if you choose to bring your pet. Fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.**
**Please note: you must be 25 years of age of older to rent.**
**Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on. At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. Property Manager is not liable for any construction happening outside of the properties we manage.**
