This breath taking property is located in the secure, gated community of Village Walk. This is a three story, 3100 square foot free standing condo and has been impeccably remodeled from top to bottom. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings, no detail has been left out. Ground level features include a spacious downstairs living area with a couch, love seat and two chairs, a coffee bar and mini fridge, storage room, 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) has 2 Queen beds, chest for your beach attire, TV and a full bath with a tub/shower. On the 2nd floor, a lavish master suite (BR2) with a King size bed,TV, sitting area with 2 accent chairs, complete with private deck, coffee bar, wine cooler, walk in closet and large en-suite bath with a tub and stand alone shower. Also on the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms with baths and a washer/ dryer tucked neatly into a closet. (BR3) has a Queen bed and full bath with a tub/shower. (BR4) is equipped with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a full bath with shower/tub. The top floor offers an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen to satisfy your culinary needs and a large covered deck for enjoying the ocean breeze. The living/dining area is designed for entertaining with a couch and 3 large chairs . The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 5 barstools at the bar. A spiral staircase leads from the deck to a rooftop deck with fabulous Gulf views. Private courtyard is equipped with BBQ grills, fire pit, fish cleaning table, Pergola shade structure, and ambient lighting. Elevator is activated for handicap access ONLY, which services all 3 levels. There are 2 community pools which are heated during the winter months.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance with the rules below:
1) Port A Paradise VW 45 provides 2 paved parking spaces for 2 medium-sized vehicles and/or one six-seat golf cart in the driveway.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Life in Paradises Vacation Rental. All tags must be returned to Life in Paradise upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 45. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
