Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a walk in shower for you!
In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.
Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!

apartment could use some updates, but had everything my wife and I needed. We would stay here again.
I did have some issues with the management company. I felt like they were a little heavy handed and over the top with threats of punishments and fees if anything went wrong. I have never had to fill out and sign and initial ten pages of contract before being able to rent a place before. There was also some issues at check out. I left my keys behind and I was very grateful that they would mail them back to me, but I did feel like charging me $80 to mail some keys was a little outragious, especially after having just paid over $3,000 for the rental. I would have expected them to just charge the $12 shipping and done it as a courtesy service. I accidently left behind many other items which were never mentioned and ended up with someone for free. I feel like returning the keys as a courtesy service would have been more professional.
The condo was easily accessible. Main thing besides view, very clean. I will probably make a return visit.
