This spectacular property has an amazing lanai with incredible ocean breezes. Enjoy outdoor dining for 4, & 2 chaise lounge chairs for enjoyment. The spacious lanai is very private and has views of the Banyan's Surf Break (one of the best surf spots on the Big Island)! Watch spinning dolphins, breaching whales (in season), amazingly breath-taking sunsets (year round) and keep an eye out for those mesmerizing "Green Flashes" as the sun sets below the horizon line! Turtles rest in tide pools along the shoreline- some even come up on land!
In 2018, the owners installed new carpet in living room and bedrooms, the entire unit interior was repainted, the wood around the windows in guest bedroom and kitchen were replaced as well!
Enjoy the feeling of an open floor plan.. The Master Bedroom opens into the Living Room by Sliding Doors that can close off for privacy as necessary. Also enjoy the convenience of walking out to your incredible lanai from the Master Bedroom! AIR CONDITIONING WALL UNIT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ONLY! King Sized Bed In the Master that has it's own private bathroom. Enjoy a new walk-in shower in the master bathroom that has a hand-held shower shower stool was installed as well! Marble Vanity Top.
The Living Room has comfortable furnishings, and indoor dining for 4 as well. A 29 inch television for entertainment in the Living Area.
The Guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen Sized Bed, and guests staying in this bedroom can access their own 2nd bathroom.
A solid vanity top with a chrome faucet was installed in the guest bath with a tub/shower combination.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped to have everything a renter could need on their Vacation.
Enjoy a new counter top and mosaic back splash and a granite composite sink with new pull-down faucet with Turbo Spray. There's tile flooring from the entry, hallway into kitchen and into both bathrooms.
There's a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit for your use!
The Kona Bali Kai complex has a pool and spa and a very large and tastefully decorated lobby area to meet and greet your guests. Make friends around the oceanfront BBQ!
